| 2 Ai quattro angoli gli farai i corni, che costituiscano un sol corpo con esso, e lo rivestirai di rame. | 2 At its four corners you wil make horns, the horns must be of a piece with it, and you wil overlay it withbronze. |
| 3 Farai vasi per pulirlo dalle ceneri, e palette, recipienti per le aspersioni, forcelle per la carne e bracieri: farai di rame tutte queste suppellettili. | 3 And for it you will make pans for taking away the fatty ashes, and shovels, sprinkling basins, hooksand fire pans; you wil make al the altar accessories of bronze. |
| 4 Farai per l’altare una grata di bronzo, lavoro a rete, e sulla rete farai quattro anelli di bronzo alle quattro estremità. | 4 You will also make a grating for it of bronze network, and on the four corners of the grating you wilmake four bronze rings. |
| 5 Porrai la rete sotto la cornice dell’altare, nella parte inferiore. La rete giungerà fino a metà altezza dell’altare. | 5 You will put it below the ledge of the altar, underneath, so that it comes halfway up the altar. |
| 6 Per l’altare farai delle stanghe, di legno di acacia, e le rivestirai di rame. | 6 You will make shafts for the altar, shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with bronze. |

On the south side, the curtaining of the court must be offinely woven linen, one hundred cubits long (for the first side), |
| 10 i loro venti pali poggeranno sulle rispettive venti basi di bronzo e saranno muniti di ganci e di bacchette d’argento. | 10 its twenty poles and their twenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver. |

| 16 Alla porta del recinto ci sarà un tendone di venti cubiti di porpora viola e rossa, di scarlatto, di bisso ritorto, lavoro artistico di ricamo variopinto, con i suoi quattro pali e le quattro basi. | 16 and for the gateway to the court there must be a twenty-cubit screen of finely woven linenembroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, with its four poles and their four sockets. |

This is a perpetual decree for al generations of Israelites.' |
