1 - Così poi farai il tabernacolo. Appresterai dieci cortine di bisso ritorto, di giacinto, di porpora e di cocco tinto due volte, a vario ricamo.	1 'The Dwelling itself you wil make with ten sheets of finely woven linen dyed violet-purple, red-purpleand crimson. You will have them embroidered with great winged creatures.
2 La lunghezza di ciascuna cortina sarà di ventotto cubiti, la larghezza di quattro, e tutte saranno della stessa misura.	2 The length of a single sheet is to be twenty-eight cubits, its width four cubits, al the sheets to be of thesame size.
3 Cinque s'uniranno insieme, e le altre cinque insieme.	3 Five of the sheets are to be joined to one another, and the other five sheets are to be joined to oneanother.
4 Ai lati ed all'estremità delle cortine, porrai dei legaccioli di giacinto, per poterle legare una con l'altra.	4 You will make violet loops along the edge of the first sheet, at the end of the set, and do the samealong the edge of the last sheet in the other set.
5 Ogni cortina avrà cinquanta legaccioli per parte, così disposti che ogni legacciolo d'una corrisponda a quello dell'altra, e possano legarsi insieme.	5 You will make fifty loops on the first sheet and fifty loops along the outer edge of the sheet of thesecond set, the loops corresponding to one another.
6 Farai anche cinquanta anelli d'oro, co' quali si possan riunire le due vele di cinque cortine, per far tutta una copertura.	6 You will also make fifty gold clasps, and join the sheets together with the clasps. In this way theDwelling wil be a unified whole.
7 Farai poi undici teli di pelo di capra, per ricoprire il disopra del tabernacolo.	7 'You will make sheets of goats' hair to form a tent over the Dwel ing; you wil make eleven of these.
8 La lunghezza di un telo sarà di trenta cubiti, e la larghezza di quattro; tutti i teli saranno di egual misura.	8 The length of a single sheet must be thirty cubits and its width four cubits, the eleven sheets to be alof the same size.
9 Di questi, cinque ne riunirai da sè, e gli altri sei da sè, di modo che il sesto venga ripiegato sul davanti del tabernacolo.	9 You will join five sheets together into one set, and six sheets into another; the sixth you wil fold doubleover the front of the tent.
10 Metterai cinquanta legacci sull'orlo di un telo, acciò possa unirsi con un altro; e cinquanta legaccioli sull'orlo di questo, per unirlo col primo.	10 You wil make fifty loops along the edge of the first sheet, at the end of the first set, and fifty loopsalong the edge of the sheet of the second set.
11 E farai cinquanta fibbie di bronzo, con le quali fermare i legaccioli, in modo da farne tutta una copertura.	11 You wil make fifty bronze clasps and insert the clasps into the loops, to draw the tent together and tomake it a unified whole.
12 Di quello che avanzerà di teli preparati per copertura, cioè di quel telo che è in più, con una metà coprirai la parte posteriore del tabernacolo.	12 'Of the extra part of the sheets that overlap, half is to hang down the back of the Dwel ing.
13 Il telo che è di più in lunghezza, penderà d'un cubito da una parte e dall'altra, ricoprendo da ambedue i lati il tabernacolo.	13 The extra cubit on either side along the length of the tent sheets must hang down the sides of theDwelling on either side to cover it.
14 Porrai poi sopra a questo un'altra copertura di pelli di montone tinte in rosso; e, sopra a questa, un'altra ancora di pelli tinte in violaceo.	14 'And for the tent you will make a cover of rams' skins dyed red and a cover of fine leather over that.
15 Farai anche di legno di setim le assi del tabernacolo, da stare dritte,	15 'For the Dwelling you wil make vertical frames of acacia wood.
16 ed avranno ciascuna di lunghezza dieci cubiti, e di larghezza uno e mezzo.	16 Each frame must be ten cubits long and one and a half cubits wide.
17 Sui lati di ciascun'asse si faranno due incastrature, con le quali connettere un'asse con l'altra; e tutte saranno così preparate.	17 Each frame must have twin tenons; that is how al the frames for the Dwelling must be made.
18 Venti di queste saranno nel lato meridionale, che guarda a mezzogiorno.	18 You wil make frames for the Dwel ing: twenty frames for the south side, to the south,

23 ed altre due in più, da drizzarsi negli angoli di fondo del tabernacolo.	23 and make two frames for the corners at the back of the Dwel ing;
24 Saranno congiunte da cima a fondo, e tutte egualmente incastrate una nell'altra. Anche le due assi degli angoli saranno così congiunte.	24 these must be coupled together at the bottom, and right up to the top, to the level of the first ring; thisfor the two frames that must form the two corners.
25 Saranno dunque in tutto otto assi, con sedici basi d'argento, contando due basi per asse.	25 Thus there wil be eight frames with their silver sockets: sixteen sockets; two sockets under oneframe and two sockets under the next frame.
26 Farai anche, di legno di setim, cinque traverse per tener ferme le assi di una parete del tabernacolo;	26 'You wil make crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames of the first side of the Dwelling,

30 E costruirai il tabernacolo conforme al modello che sul monte t'è stato mostrato.	30 This is how you must erect the Dwel ing, fol owing the design shown you on the mountain.
31 Inoltre farai un velo di giacinto, porpora, cocco tinto due volte, e bisso ritorto, tessuto di bella varietà con ricami;	31 'You wil make a curtain of finely woven linen, dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, andembroidered with great winged creatures,
32 e lo appenderai sul davanti di quattro colonne di legno di setim, dorate esse pure, coi capitelli d'oro e le basi d'argento.	32 and put it on four poles of acacia wood overlaid with gold, with golden hooks for them, set in foursockets of silver.
33 Il velo sarà sorretto da anelli; dividerà il santo dal santo dei santi e al di là di esso porrai l'arca dell'alleanza.	33 You wil put the curtain below the clasps, so that inside behind the curtain, you can place the ark ofthe Testimony, and the curtain wil mark the division for you between the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies.

36 Ed all'ingresso del tabernacolo porrai una tenda di giacinto, porpora, cocco tinto due volte, e bisso ritorto con ricami.	36 For the entrance to the tent you wil make a screen of finely woven linen embroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson,
37 Coprirai d'oro cinque colonne di legno di setim, davanti alle quali si tirerà quella tenda, ed avranno i capitelli d'oro e le basi di bronzo.	37 and for the screen you wil make five poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, with goldenhooks, and for them you wil cast five sockets of bronze.'
