Osea 3

BIBBIA CEI 2008	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Il Signore mi disse: «Va’ ancora, ama la tua donna: è amata dal marito ed è adultera, come il Signore ama i figli d’Israele ed essi si rivolgono ad altri dèi e amano le schiacciate d’uva».	1 Yahweh said to me, 'Go again, love a woman who loves another man, an adulteress, and love her asYahweh loves the Israelites although they turn to other gods and love raisin cakes.'
2 Io me l’acquistai per quindici pezzi d’argento e un homer e mezzo d’orzo	2 So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver, a homer of barley and a skin of wine,
3 e le dissi: «Per molti giorni starai con me, non ti prostituirai e non sarai di alcun uomo; così anch’io mi comporterò con te».	3 and I said to her, 'You wil have to spend a long time waiting for me without playing the whore andwithout giving yourself to any man, and I wil behave in the same way towards you.'
4 Poiché per molti giorni staranno i figli d’Israele senza re e senza capo, senza sacrificio e senza stele, senza efod e senza terafìm.	4 For the Israelites wil have to spend a long time without king or leader, without sacrifice or sacred pil ar,without ephod or domestic images;
5 Poi torneranno i figli d’Israele, e cercheranno il Signore, loro Dio, e Davide, loro re, e trepidi si volgeranno al Signore e ai suoi beni, alla fine dei giorni.	5 but after that, the Israel- ites wil return and again seek Yahweh their God and David their king, and turntrembling to Yahweh for his bounty in the final days.
