1 Del maestro de coro. Para instrumentos de cuerda. Salmo. De Asaf. Cántico.	1 To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Psalm of Asaph. A Song. In Judah God is known, his name is great in Israel.
2 En Judá Dios es conocido, grande es su nombre en Israel;	2 His abode has been established in Salem, his dwelling place in Zion.
3 su tienda está en Salem, su morada en Sión;	3 There he broke the flashing arrows, the shield, the sword, and the weapons of war. [Selah]
4 allí quebró las ráfagas del arco, el escudo, la espada y la guerra. Pausa.	4 Glorious art thou, more majestic than the everlasting mountains.
5 Fulgurante eres tú, maravilloso por los montones de botín	5 The stouthearted were stripped of their spoil; they sank into sleep; all the men of war were unable to use their hands.
6 de que han sido despojados; los bravos durmiendo están su sueño, a todos los hombres fuertes les fallaron los brazos;	6 At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both rider and horse lay stunned.

8 Tú, tú el terrible, ¿quién puede resistir ante tu faz, bajo el golpe de tu ira?	8 From the heavens thou didst utter judgment; the earth feared and was still,
9 Desde los cielos pronuncias la sentencia, la tierra se amedrenta y enmudece	9 when God arose to establish judgment to save all the oppressed of the earth. [Selah]
10 cuando Dios se levanta para el juicio, para salvar a todos los humildes de la tierra. Pausa.	10 Surely the wrath of men shall praise thee; the residue of wrath thou wilt gird upon thee.
11 La cólera del hombre te celebra, te ceñirás con los escapados a la Cólera.	11 Make your vows to the LORD your God, and perform them; let all around him bring gifts to him who is to be feared,
12 Haced votos y cumplidlos a Yahveh, vuestro Dios, los que le rodean traigan presentes al Terrible;	12 who cuts off the spirit of princes, who is terrible to the kings of the earth.
