1 Del maestro de coro. Para instrumentos de cuerda. Poema. De David.	1 when the Ziphims came and said to Saul, Doth not David hide himself with us?
2 Cuando los zifitas vinieron a decir a Saúl: «¿No está escondido David entre nosotros?»	2 Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.
3 ¡Oh Dios, sálvame por tu nombre, por tu poderío hazme justicia,	3 For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.
4 oh Dios, escucha mi oración, atiende a las palabras de mi boca!	4 Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.
5 Pues se han alzado contra mí arrogantes, rabiosos andan en busca de mi alma, sin tener para nada a Dios presente. Pausa.	5 He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.
6 Mas ved que Dios viene en mi auxilio, el Señor con aquellos que sostienen mi alma.	6 I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.
7 ¡El mal recaiga sobre los que me asechan, Yahveh, por tu verdad destrúyelos!	7 For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.
8 De corazón te ofreceré sacrificios, celebraré tu nombre, porque es bueno,
9 porque de toda angustia me ha librado, y mi ojo se recreó en mis enemigos
