Psalmen 43

EINHEITSUBERSETZUNG BIBEL	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 Verschaff mir Recht, o Gott, und führe meine Sache gegen ein treuloses Volk! Rette mich vor bösen und tückischen Menschen!	1 A psalm for David. Judge me, O God, and distinguish my cause from the nation that is not holy : deliver me from the unjust and deceitful man.
2 Denn du bist mein starker Gott. Warum hast du mich verstoßen? Warum muss ich trauernd umhergehen, von meinem Feind bedrängt?	2 For thou art God my strength : why hast thou cast me off? and why do I go sorrowful whilst the enemy afflicteth me?
3 Sende dein Licht und deine Wahrheit, damit sie mich leiten; sie sollen mich führen zu deinem heiligen Berg und zu deiner Wohnung.	3 Send forth thy light and thy truth : they have conducted me, and brought me unto thy holy hill, and into thy tabernacles.
4 So will ich zum Altar Gottes treten, zum Gott meiner Freude. Jauchzend will ich dich auf der Harfe loben, Gott, mein Gott.	4 And I will go in to the altar of God : to God who giveth joy to my youth.
5 Meine Seele, warum bist du betrübt und bist so unruhig in mir? Harre auf Gott; denn ich werde ihm noch danken, meinem Gott und Retter, auf den ich schaue.	5 To thee, O God my God, I will give praise upon the harp : why art thou sad, O my soul? and why dost thou disquiet me?
	6 Hope in God, for I will still give praise to him : the salvation of my countenance, and my God.
