1 Canción de las subidas. Mucho me han asediado desde mi juventud, - que lo diga Israel -	1 A song of ascents. Much have they oppressed me from my youth, now let Israel say.

3 Sobre mi espalda araron aradores, alargaron sus surcos.	3 Upon my back the plowers plowed, as they traced their long furrows.
4 Yahveh, el justo ha roto las coyundas de los impíos.	4 But the just LORD cut me free from the ropes of the yoke of the wicked.
5 ¡Sean avergonzados, retrocedan todos los que odian a Sión;	5 May they be scattered in disgrace, all who hate Zion.
6 sean como la hierba de los techos que se seca antes de arrancarla!	6 May they be like grass on the rooftops withered in early growth,
7 De ella no llena el segador su mano ni su regazo el gavillador;	7 Never to fill the reaper's hands, nor the arms of the binders of sheaves,
8 y no dicen tampoco los que pasan: ¡Bendición de Yahveh sobre vosotros! Nosotros os bendecimos en el nombre de Yahveh.	8 With none passing by to call out: "The blessing of the LORD be upon you! We bless you in the name of the LORD!"
