1 Canción de las subidas. A ti levanto mis ojos, tú que habitas en el cielo;	1 A Song of Ascents. To thee I lift up my eyes, O thou who art enthroned in the heavens!
2 míralos, como los ojos de los siervos en la mano de sus amos. Como los ojos de la sierva en la mano de su señora, así nuestros ojos en Yahveh nuestro Dios, hasta que se apiade de nosotros.	2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the LORD our God, till he have mercy upon us.
3 ¡Ten piedad de nosotros, Yahveh, ten piedad de nosotros, que estamos saturados de desprecio!	3 Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us, for we have had more than enough of contempt.
4 ¡Nuestra alma está por demás saturada del sarcasmo de los satisfechos, (¡El desprecio es para los soberbios!)	4 Too long our soul has been sated with the scorn of those who are at ease, the contempt of the proud.
