1 De David. Te doy gracias, Yahveh, de todo corazón, pues tú has escuchado las palabras de mi boca. En presencia de los ángeles salmodio para ti,	1 Of David. I thank you, LORD, with all my heart; before the gods to you I sing.
2 hacia tu santo Templo me prosterno. Doy gracias a tu nombre por tu amor y tu verdad, pues tu promesa ha superado tu renombre.	2 I bow low toward your holy temple; I praise your name for your fidelity and love. For you have exalted over all your name and your promise.
3 El día en que grité, tú me escuchaste, aumentaste la fuerza en mi alma.	3 When I cried out, you answered; you strengthened my spirit.
4 Te dan gracias, Yahveh, todos los reyes de la tierra, porque oyen las promesas de tu boca;	4 All the kings of earth will praise you, LORD, when they hear the words of your mouth.
5 y cantan los caminos de Yahveh: «¡Qué grande la gloria de Yahveh!	5 They will sing of the ways of the LORD: "How great is the glory of the LORD!"
6 ¡Excelso es Yahveh, y ve al humilde, al soberbio le conoce desde lejos!»	6 The LORD is on high, but cares for the lowly and knows the proud from afar.
7 Si ando en medio de angustias, tú me das la vida, frente a la cólera de mis enemigos, extiendes tú la mano y tu diestra me salva:	7 Though I walk in the midst of dangers, you guard my life when my enemies rage. You stretch out your hand; your right hand saves me.
8 Yahveh lo acabará todo por mí. ¡Oh Yahveh, es eterno tu amor, no dejes la obra de tus manos!	8 The LORD is with me to the end. LORD, your love endures forever. Never forsake the work of your hands!
