1 Tu autem loquere, quae decentsanam doctrinam.	1 ואתה דבר את הנאה ללקח הבריא
2 Senes, ut sobrii sint, pudici, prudentes, sani fide, dilectione, patientia.	2 שיהיו הזקנים משלים ברוחם ומכבדים וצנועים ובריאים באמונה ובאהבה ובסבלנות
3 Anus similiter in habitu sanctae, non criminatrices, non vino multo deditae,bene docentes,	3 וכן הזקנות תהי הנהגתן כאשר נאוה לקדש לא תהיינה מלשינות ולא נכבשות לסבוא יין כי אם מלמדות טוב
4 ut prudentiam doceant adulescentulas, ut viros suos ament,filios diligant,	4 ומישרות את הצעירות לאהב את בעליהן ולאהב את בניהן
5 prudentes sint, castae, domus curam habentes, benignae,subditae suis viris, ut non blasphemetur verbum Dei.	5 ולהיות צנועות וטהרות צופיות הליכות ביתן וטבות ונכנעות לבעליהן למען לא יחלל דבר האלהים
6 Iuvenes similiter hortare, ut sobrii sint.	6 ככה תזהיר גם את הבחורים שיהיו צנועים
7 In omnibus teipsum praebensexemplum bonorum operum, in doctrina integritatem, gravitatem,	7 ובכל דבר היה אתה למופת במעשים טובים בהוראה צרופה ונהדרה

9 Servos dominis suis subditos esse in omnibus, placentes esse, noncontradicentes,	9 העבדים יכנעו לאדניהם ויתרצו להם בכל דבר ולא ימרו את דבריהם
10 non fraudantes, sed omnem fidem bonam ostendentes, utdoctrinam salutaris nostri Dei ornent in omnibus.	10 ולא ימעלו מעל כי אם יראו כל אמונה טובה למען יפארו בכל את לקח אלהינו מושיענו
11 Apparuit enim gratia Dei salutaris omnibus hominibus	11 כי הופיע חסד אלהים להושיע את כל בני האדם
12 erudiens nos, utabnegantes impietatem et saecularia desideria sobrie et iuste et pie vivamus inhoc saeculo,	12 וליסר אתנו אשר נתעב הרשע ותאות העולם ונחיה בעולם הזה בצניעות ובצדק ובחסידות
13 exspectantes beatam spem et adventum gloriae magni Dei etsalvatoris nostri Iesu Christi;	13 ונחכה לתקוה המאשרת ולהופעת כבוד אלהינו הגדול ומושיענו ישוע המשיח
14 qui dedit semetipsum pro nobis, ut nosredimeret ab omni iniquitate et mundaret sibi populum peculiarem, sectatorembonorum operum.	14 אשר נתן את נפשו בעדנו לגאלנו מכל עול ולטהר לו עם סגלה הזריז במעשים טובים
15 Haec loquere et exhortare et argue cum omni imperio. Nemo te contemnat!	15 את אלה תדבר ותזהיר ותוכיח בכל חזקה ואיש אל יבוז לך
