Michea 2

BIBBIA CEI 2008	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Guai a coloro che meditano l’iniquità e tramano il male sui loro giacigli; alla luce dell’alba lo compiono, perché in mano loro è il potere.	1 Disaster for those who plot evil, who lie in bed planning mischief! No sooner is it dawn than they do it,since they have the power to do so.
2 Sono avidi di campi e li usurpano, di case e se le prendono. Così opprimono l’uomo e la sua casa, il proprietario e la sua eredità.	2 Seizing the fields that they covet, they take over houses as wel , owner and house they seize alike, theman himself as wel as his inheritance.
3 Perciò così dice il Signore: «Ecco, io medito contro questa genìa una sciagura da cui non potranno sottrarre il collo e non andranno più a testa alta, perché sarà un tempo di calamità.	3 So Yahweh says this: Look, I am now plotting a disaster for this breed from which you wil not extricateyour necks; you wil not hold your heads up then, for the times wil be disastrous indeed.
4 In quel tempo si intonerà su di voi una canzone, si leverà un lamento e si dirà: “Siamo del tutto rovinati; ad altri egli passa l’eredità del mio popolo, non si avvicinerà più a me, per restituirmi i campi che sta spartendo!”.	4 That day they wil make a satire on you, they wil strike up a dirge and say, 'We have been stripped ofeverything; my people's land has been divided up, no one else can restore it to them, our fields have beenawarded to our despoiler.'
5 Perciò non ci sarà nessuno che tiri a sorte per te, quando si farà la distribuzione durante l’assemblea del Signore».	5 Because of this, you will have no one to measure out a share in Yahweh's community.
6 «Non profetizzate!», dicono i profeti. «Non profetizzate riguardo a queste cose, cioè che non ci raggiungerà l’obbrobrio».	6 'Do not drivel,' they drivel, 'do not drivel like this! Disgrace will not overtake us!
7 È forse già cosa detta, o casa di Giacobbe? È forse stanca la pazienza del Signore o questo è il suo modo di agire? Non sono forse benefiche le sue parole per chi cammina con rettitudine?	7 'Can the House of Jacob be accursed? Has Yahweh grown short-tempered? Is that his way of going towork? His prophecies can only be favourable for his people Israel!'
8 Ma voi contro il mio popolo insorgete come nemici: strappate il mantello e la dignità a chi passa tranquillo, senza intenzioni bellicose.	8 But you are the ones who play the enemy to my people. From the inoffensive man you snatch his cloak,on those who feel safe you inflict the damage of war.
9 Cacciate le donne del mio popolo fuori dalle loro piacevoli case, e togliete ai loro bambini il mio onore per sempre.	9 My people's women you evict from the homes they love, and deprive the children of my glory for ever,
10 «Su, andatevene, perché questo non è più luogo di riposo». A causa della sua impurità provoca distruzione e rovina totale.	10 saying, 'Up and off with you! You can't stay here!' For a worthless thing you exact an extortionatepledge.
11 Se uno che insegue il vento e spaccia menzogne dicesse: «Ti profetizzo riguardo al vino e a bevanda inebriante», questo sarebbe un profeta per questo popolo.	11 If a man of the spirit came and invented this lie, 'I prophesy wine and liquor for you,' he would be theprophet for a people like this.
12 Certo ti radunerò tutto, o Giacobbe; certo ti raccoglierò, resto d’Israele. Li metterò insieme come pecore in un recinto sicuro, come una mandria in mezzo al pascolo, dove muggisca lontano dagli uomini.	12 I shall assemble the whole of Jacob, I shal gather the remnant of Israel, I shal gather them togetherlike sheep in an enclosure. And like a flock within their fold, they will bleat far away from anyone,
13 Chi ha aperto la breccia li precederà; forzeranno e varcheranno la porta e usciranno per essa. Marcerà il loro re innanzi a loro e il Signore sarà alla loro testa.	13 their leader wil break out first, then al break out through the gate and escape, with their king leadingthe way and with Yahweh at their head.
