1 Esta es la lista de los descendientes de Adán: El día en que Dios creó a Adán, le hizo a imagen de Dios.	1 This is the book of the lineage of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him to the likeness of God.
2 Los creó varón y hembra, los bendijo, y los llamó «Hombre» en el día de su creación.	2 He created them, male and female; and he blessed them. And he called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
3 Tenía Adán 130 años cuando engendró un hijo a su semejanza, según su imagen, a quien puso por nombre Set.	3 Then Adam lived for one hundred and thirty years. And then he conceived a son in his own image and likeness, and he called his name Seth.
4 Fueron los días de Adán, después de engendrar a Set, ochocientos años, y engendró hijos e hijas.	4 And after he conceived Seth, the days of Adam that passed were eight hundred years. And he conceived sons and daughters.
5 El total de los días de la vida de Adán fue de 930 años, y murió.	5 And all the time that passed while Adam lived was nine hundred and thirty years, and then he died.
6 Set tenía 105 años cuando engendró a Enós.	6 Seth likewise lived for one hundred and five years, and then he conceived Enos.
7 Vivió Set, después de engendrar a Enós, 807 años y engendró hijos e hijas.	7 And after he conceived Enos, Seth lived for eight hundred and seven years, and he conceived sons and daughters.

18 Yéred tenía 162 años cuando engendró a Henoc.	18 And Jared lived for one hundred and sixty-two years, and then he conceived Enoch.
19 Vivió Yéred, después de engendrar a Henoc, ochocientos años, y engendró hijos e hijas.	19 And after he conceived Enoch, Jared lived for eight hundred years, and he conceived sons and daughters.

21 Henoc tenía 65 años cuando engendró a Matusalén.	21 Now Enoch lived for sixty-five years, and then he conceived Methuselah.
22 Henoc anduvo con Dios; vivió, después de engendrar a Matusalén, trescientos años, y engendró hijos e hijas.	22 And Enoch walked with God. And after he conceived Methuselah, he lived for three hundred years, and he conceived sons and daughters.

24 Henoc anduvo con Dios, y desapareció porque Dios se lo llevó.	24 And he walked with God, and then he was seen no more, because God took him.
25 Matusalén tenía 187 años cuando engendró a Lámek.	25 Likewise, Methuselah lived for one hundred and eighty-seven years, and then he conceived Lamech.
26 Vivió Matusalén, después de engendrar a Lámek, 782 años, y engendró hijos e hijas.	26 And after he conceived Lamech, Methuselah lived for seven hundred and eighty-two years, and he conceived sons and daughters.
27 El total de los días de Matusalén fue de 969 años, y murió.	27 And all the days of Methuselah that passed were nine hundred and sixty-nine years, and then he died.
28 Lámek tenía 182 años cuando engendró un hijo,	28 Then Lamech lived for one hundred and eighty-two years, and he conceived a son.
29 y le puso por nombre Noé, diciendo “«Este nos consolará de nuestros afanes y de la fatiga de nuestras manos, por causa del suelo que maldijo Yahveh.»	29 And he called his name Noah, saying, “This one will console us from the works and hardships of our hands, in the land that the Lord has cursed.”
30 Vivió Lámek, después de engendrar a Noé, 595 años, y engendró hijos e hijas.	30 And after he conceived Noah, Lamech lived for five hundred and ninety-five years, and he conceived sons and daughters.
31 El total de los días de Lámek fue de 777 años, y murió.	31 And all the days of Lamech that passed were seven hundred and seventy-seven years, and then he died. In truth, when Noah was five hundred years old, he conceived Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
32 Era Noé de quinientos años cuando engendró a Sem, a Cam y a Jafet.
