¹ [For the choirmaster Psalm Of David Song] Praise is rightful y yours, God, in Zion. Vows to you shallbe fulfil ed,	¹ Zborovođi. Psalam. Davidov. Pjesma.
² for you answer prayer. All humanity must come to you	² Bože, tebi dolikuje hvalospjev na Sionu, tebi se ispunja zavjet –
³ with its sinful deeds. Our faults overwhelm us, but you blot them out.	³ ti molitve uslišuješ. Svaka put dolazi k tebi
⁴ How blessed those whom you choose and invite to dwell in your courts. We shal be filled with thegood things of your house, of your holy temple.	⁴ pod teretom grijeha. Naši nas prijestupi taru, ti ih pomiruješ.
⁵ You respond to us with the marvels of your saving justice, God our Saviour, hope of the whole wideworld, even the distant islands.	⁵ Blažen kog izabra i k sebi uze: on boravi u dvorima tvojim. Daj da se nasitimo dobrima doma tvoga i svetošću tvoga hrama.
⁶ By your strength you hold the mountains steady, being clothed in power,	⁶ Čudesno nas uslišuješ u pravednosti svojoj, o Bože, spasenje naše, nado svih krajeva svijeta i mora dalekih.
⁷ you calm the turmoil of the seas, the turmoil of their waves. The nations are in uproar, in panic thosewho live at the ends of the earth;	⁷ Učvršćuješ bregove jakošću svojom silom òpasân.
⁸ your miracles bring shouts of joy to the gateways of morning and evening.	⁸ Krotiš huku mora, huku valova i buku naroda.
⁹ You visit the earth and make it fruitful, you fill it with riches; the river of God brims over with water, youprovide the grain. To that end	⁹ Oni što žive nakraj svijeta boje se znamenja tvojih; dveri jutra i večeri radošću napunjaš.
¹⁰ you water its furrows abundantly, level its ridges, soften it with showers and bless its shoots.	¹⁰ Ti pohodî i zemlju i ti je natopî, obogatî nju veoma. Božja se rijeka vodom napuni, ti pripravi ljudima žito. Ovako pripremi zemlju:
¹¹ You crown the year with your generosity, richness seeps from your tracks,	¹¹ brazde joj natopi, grude joj poravna; kišom je omekša, usjeve joj blagoslovi.
¹² the pastures of the desert grow moist, the hillsides are wrapped in joy,	¹² Ti okruni godinu dobrotom svojom, plodnost niče za stopama tvojim.
¹³ the meadows are covered with flocks, the val eys clothed with wheat; they shout and sing for joy.	¹³ Pustinjski pašnjaci kaplju od obilja, brežuljci se pašu radošću.
	¹⁴ Njive se kite stadima, doline se pokrivaju žitom: svagdje klicanje, pjesma.
