Psalms 105

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 Al eluia! Give thanks to Yahweh, cal on his name, proclaim his deeds to the peoples!	1 احمدوا الرب ادعوا باسمه. عرفوا بين الامم باعماله‎.
2 Sing to him, make music for him, recount all his wonders!	2 ‎غنوا له رنموا له. انشدوا بكل عجائبه‎.
3 Glory in his holy name, let the hearts that seek Yahweh rejoice!	3 ‎افتخروا باسمه القدوس. لتفرح قلوب الذين يلتمسون الرب
4 Seek Yahweh and his strength, tirelessly seek his presence!	4 اطلبوا الرب وقدرته. التمسوا وجهه دائما‎.
5 Remember the marvels he has done, his wonders, the judgements he has spoken.	5 ‎اذكروا عجائبه التي صنع. آياته واحكام فيه
6 Stock of Abraham, his servant, children of Jacob whom he chose!	6 يا ذرية ابراهيم عبده يا بني يعقوب مختاريه‎.
7 He is Yahweh our God, his judgements touch the whole world.	7 ‎هو الرب الهنا في كل الارض احكامه‎.
8 He remembers his covenant for ever, the promise he laid down for a thousand generations,	8 ‎ذكر الى الدهر عهده كلاما اوصى به الى الف دور
9 which he concluded with Abraham, the oath he swore to Isaac.	9 الذي عاهد به ابراهيم وقسمه لاسحق
10 He established it as a statute for Jacob, an everlasting covenant with Israel,	10 فثبته ليعقوب فريضة ولاسرائيل عهدا ابديا
11 saying, 'To you I give a land, Canaan, your allotted birthright.'	11 قائلا لك اعطي ارض كنعان حبل ميراثكم‎.
12 When they were insignificant in numbers, a handful of strangers in the land,	12 ‎اذ كانوا عددا يحصى قليلين وغرباء فيها‎.
13 wandering from country to country, from one kingdom and nation to another,	13 ‎ذهبوا من امة الى امة من مملكة الى شعب آخر‎.
14 he al owed no one to oppress them; for their sake he instructed kings,	14 ‎فلم يدع انسانا يظلمهم. بل وبخ ملوكا من اجلهم‎.
15 'Do not touch my anointed ones, to my prophets you may do no harm.'	15 ‎قائلا لا تمسوا مسحائي ولا تسيئوا الى انبيائي‎.
16 He cal ed down famine on the land, he took away their food supply;	16 ‎دعا بالجوع على الارض كسر قوام الخبز كله‎.
17 he sent a man ahead of them, Joseph, sold as a slave.	17 ‎ارسل امامهم رجلا. بيع يوسف عبدا‎.
18 So his feet were weighed down with shackles, his neck was put in irons.	18 ‎آذوا بالقيد رجليه. في الحديد دخلت نفسه
19 In due time his prophecy was fulfilled, the word of Yahweh proved him true.	19 الى وقت مجيء كلمته. قول الرب امتحنه‎.
20 The king sent orders to release him, the ruler of nations set him free;	20 ‎ارسل الملك فحله. ارسل سلطان الشعب فاطلقه‎.
21 he put him in charge of his household, the ruler of al he possessed,	21 ‎اقامه سيدا على بيته ومسلطا على كل ملكه
22 to instruct his princes as he saw fit, to teach his counsel ors wisdom.	22 ليأسر رؤساءه حسب ارادته ويعلم مشايخه حكمة‎.
23 Then Israel migrated to Egypt, Jacob settled in the country of Ham.	23 ‎فجاء اسرائيل الى مصر ويعقوب تغرب في ارض حام
24 He made his people increase in numbers, he gave them more strength than their enemies,	24 جعل شعبه مثمرا جدا واعزه على اعدائه
25 whose heart he turned to hate his own people, to double-cross his servants.	25 حول قلوبهم ليبغضوا شعبه ليحتالوا على عبيده‎.
26 He sent his servant Moses, and Aaron, the man of his choice.	26 ‎ارسل موسى عبده وهرون الذي اختاره‎.
27 They worked there the wonders he commanded, marvels in the country of Ham.	27 ‎اقاما بينهم كلام آياته وعجائب في ارض حام‎.
28 Darkness he sent, and darkness fel , but that nation defied his orders.	28 ‎ارسل ظلمة فاظلمت ولم يعصوا كلامه‎.
29 He turned their rivers to blood, and kil ed al the fish in them.	29 ‎حول مياههم الى دم وقتل اسماكهم‎.
30 Their country was overrun with frogs, even in the royal apartments;	30 ‎افاضت ارضهم ضفادع. حتى في مخادع ملوكهم‎.
31 at his word came flies, and mosquitoes throughout the country.	31 ‎أمر فجاء الذبان والبعوض في كل تخومهم‎.
32 He gave them hail as their rain, flames of fire in their land;	32 ‎جعل امطارهم بردا ونارا ملتهبة في ارضهم‎.
33 he blasted their vine and their fig tree, and shattered the trees of the country.	33 ‎ضرب كرومهم وتينهم وكسر كل اشجار تخومهم‎.
34 At his word came locusts, hoppers beyond al counting;	34 ‎امر فجاء الجراد وغوغاء بلا عدد
35 they devoured every green thing in the land, devoured al the produce of the soil.	35 فأكل كل عشب في بلادهم. وأكل اثمار ارضهم‎.
36 He struck al the first-born in their land, the flower of all their manhood;	36 ‎قتل كل بكر في ارضهم. اوائل كل قوتهم‎.
37 he led Israel out with silver and gold; in their tribes there was none who stumbled.	37 ‎فاخرجهم بفضة وذهب ولم يكن في اسباطهم عاثر‎.
38 Egypt was glad at their leaving, for terror of Israel had seized them.	38 ‎فرحت مصر بخروجهم لان رعبهم سقط عليهم
39 He spread out a cloud to cover them, and fire to light up the night.	39 بسط سحابا سجفا ونارا لتضيء الليل‎.
40 They asked and he brought them quails, food from heaven to their hearts' content;	40 ‎سألوا فاتاهم بالسلوى وخبز السماء اشبعهم‎.
41 he opened a rock, the waters gushed out, and flowed in dry ground as a river.	41 ‎شق الصخرة فانفجرت المياه. جرت في اليابسة نهرا‎.
42 Faithful to his sacred promise, given to his servant Abraham,	42 ‎لانه ذكر كلمة قدسه مع ابراهيم عبده
43 he led out his people with rejoicing, his chosen ones with shouts of joy.	43 فاخرج شعبه بابتهاج ومختاريه بترنم‎.
44 He gave them the territories of nations, they reaped the fruit of other people's labours,	44 ‎واعطاهم اراضي الامم. وتعب الشعوب ورثوه‎.
45 on condition that they kept his statutes, and remained obedient to his laws.	45 ‎لكي يحفظوا فرائضه ويطيعوا شرائعه. هللويا
