EINHEITSUBERSETZUNG BIBEL	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Das sind die Könige des Landes, die von den Israeliten geschlagen wurden, und die Länder, die sie in Besitz nahmen, jenseits des Jordan im Osten vom Arnontal bis zum Hermongebirge mit der ganzen Araba im Osten:	1 The kings of the country, whom the Israelites conquered and whose territory they took, on the further, eastern side of the Jordan, from the Wadi Arnon to Mount Hermon, with the entire Arabah to the east, were asfol ows:
2 Sihon, der Amoriterkönig, der in Heschbon wohnte; er herrschte von Aroër am Rand des Arnontales und von der Mitte des Tals an über das halbe Gilead bis zum Jabboktal, das die Grenze zu den Ammonitern bildet,	2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived at Heshbon, ruled from Aroer which is on the edge of the ArnonVal ey, including the bottom of the val ey, half Gilead and as far as the Jabbok, the river forming the frontier withthe Ammonites;
