NOVA VULGATA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Quod si hostia pacificorum fue rit eius oblatio et de bobus vo luerit offerre marem sive feminam, immaculata offeret coram Domino.	1 ' "If his sacrifice is a communion sacrifice, and if he offers an animal from the herd, be it male or female,whatever he offers before Yahweh must be unblemished.
2 Ponetque manum super caput victimae suae, quam immolabit ad ostium tabernaculi conventus, fundentque filii Aaron sacerdotes sanguinem per circuitum altaris	2 He wil lay his hand on the victim's head and slaughter it at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. Thepriests descended from Aaron wil then pour the blood al around the altar.
3 et offerent de hostia pacificorum tamquam incensum Domino adipem, qui operit vitalia, et quidquid pinguedinis eis adhaeret,	3 He wil offer part of the communion sacrifice as food burnt for Yahweh: the fat covering the entrails, althe fat on the entrails,
4 duos renes cum adipe, quo teguntur iuxta ilia, et reticulum iecoris, quem iuxta renes, auferet.	4 both kidneys, the fat on them and on the loins, the mass of fat which he wil remove from the liver andkidneys.
5 Adolebuntque ea filii Aaron in altari super holocausto, quod est super lignis et igne: incensum suavissimi odoris Domino.	5 The priests descended from Aaron will then burn this on the altar, in addition to the burnt offering, on thewood of the fire, food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.

12 Si capra fuerit eius oblatio, offeret eam coram Domino,	12 "If his offering is a goat, he will offer it before Yahweh,
13 ponet manum suam super caput eius immolabitque eam coram tabernaculo conventus. 14 tolletque ex ea oblationem suam, incensum Domino, adipem scilicet, qui operit ventrem, et universum, qui vitalibus adhaeret,	14 This is what he wil then offer of it as food burnt for Yahweh: the fat covering the entrails, al the fat onthe entrails,
15 duos renunculos cum adipe, qui est super eos iuxta ilia, et reticulum iecoris, quem iuxta renunculos, auferet;	15 both kidneys, the fat on them and on the loins, the mass of fat which he wil remove from the liver andkidneys.
16 adolebitque ea sacerdos super altare: panis et incensum suavissimi odoris omnis adeps Domino.	16 The priest wil then burn these pieces on the altar as food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh. "All thefat belongs to Yahweh.
17 Iure perpetuo in generationibus et cunctis habitaculis vestris, nec adipem nec sanguinem omnino comedetis ”.	17 This is a perpetual law for al your descendants, wherever you may live: that you will not eat either fator blood." '
