1 Il Signore disse a Mosè:	1 This is what the LORD then said to Moses:
2 "Ordina agli Israeliti che raccolgano per me un'offerta. La raccoglierete da chiunque sia generoso di cuore.	2 "Tell the Israelites to take up a collection for me. From every man you shall accept the contribution that his heart prompts him to give me.
3 Ed ecco che cosa raccoglierete da loro come contributo: oro, argento e rame,	3 These are the contributions you shall accept from them: gold, silver and bronze;
4 tessuti di porpora viola e rossa, di scarlatto, di bisso e di pelo di capra,	4 violet, purple and scarlet yarn; fine linen and goat hair;
5 pelle di montone tinta di rosso, pelle di tasso e legno di acacia,	5 rams' skins dyed red, and tahash skins; acacia wood;
6 olio per il candelabro, balsami per unguenti e per l'incenso aromatico,	6 oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;
7 pietre di ònice e pietre da incastonare nell''efod' e nel pettorale.	7 onyx stones and other gems for mounting on the ephod and the breastpiece.
8 Essi mi faranno un santuario e io abiterò in mezzo a loro.	8 "They shall make a sanctuary for me, that I may dwell in their midst.
9 Eseguirete ogni cosa secondo quanto ti mostrerò, secondo il modello della Dimora e il modello di tutti i suoi arredi.	9 This Dwelling and all its furnishings you shall make exactly according to the pattern that I will now show you.
10 Faranno dunque un'arca di legno di acacia: avrà due cubiti e mezzo di lunghezza, un cubito e mezzo di larghezza, un cubito e mezzo di altezza.	10 "You shall make an ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high.
11 La rivestirai d'oro puro: dentro e fuori la rivestirai e le farai intorno un bordo d'oro.	11 Plate it inside and outside with pure gold, and put a molding of gold around the top of it.
12 Fonderai per essa quattro anelli d'oro e li fisserai ai suoi quattro piedi: due anelli su di un lato e due anelli sull'altro.	12 Cast four gold rings and fasten them on the four supports of the ark, two rings on one side and two on the opposite side.
13 Farai stanghe di legno di acacia e le rivestirai d'oro.	13 Then make poles of acacia wood and plate them with gold.
14 Introdurrai le stanghe negli anelli sui due lati dell'arca per trasportare l'arca con esse.	14 These poles you are to put through the rings on the sides of the ark, for carrying it;
15 Le stanghe dovranno rimanere negli anelli dell'arca: non verranno tolte di lì.	15 they must remain in the rings of the ark and never be withdrawn.
16 Nell'arca collocherai la Testimonianza che io ti darò.	16 In the ark you are to put the commandments which I will give you.
17 Farai il coperchio, o propiziatorio, d'oro puro; avrà due cubiti e mezzo di lunghezza e un cubito e mezzo di larghezza.	17 "You shall then make a propitiatory of pure gold, two cubits and a half long, and one and a half cubits wide.
18 Farai due cherubini d'oro: li farai lavorati a martello sulle due estremità del coperchio.	18 Make two cherubim of beaten gold for the two ends of the propitiatory,
19 Fa' un cherubino ad una estremità e un cherubino all'altra estremità. Farete i cherubini tutti di un pezzo con il coperchio alle sue due estremità.	19 fastening them so that one cherub springs direct from each end.
20 I cherubini avranno le due ali stese di sopra, proteggendo con le ali il coperchio; saranno rivolti l'uno verso l'altro e le facce dei cherubini saranno rivolte verso il coperchio.	20 The cherubim shall have their wings spread out above, covering the propitiatory with them; they shall be turned toward each other, but with their faces looking toward the propitiatory.
21 Porrai il coperchio sulla parte superiore dell'arca e collocherai nell'arca la Testimonianza che io ti darò.	21 This propitiatory you shall then place on top of the ark. In the ark itself you are to put the commandments which I will give you.
22 Io ti darò convegno appunto in quel luogo: parlerò con te da sopra il propiziatorio, in mezzo ai due cherubini che saranno sull'arca della Testimonianza, ti darò i miei ordini riguardo agli Israeliti.	22 There I will meet you and there, from above the propitiatory, between the two cherubim on the ark of the commandments, I will tell you all the commands that I wish you to give the Israelites.
23 Farai una tavola di legno di acacia: avrà due cubiti di lunghezza, un cubito di larghezza, un cubito e mezzo di altezza.	23 "You shall also make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, a cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.
24 La rivestirai d'oro puro e le farai intorno un bordo d'oro.	24 Plate it with pure gold and make a molding of gold around it.
25 Le farai attorno una cornice di un palmo e farai un bordo d'oro per la cornice.	25 Surround it with a frame, a handbreadth high, with a molding of gold around the frame.
26 Le farai quattro anelli d'oro e li fisserai ai quattro angoli che costituiranno i suoi quattro piedi.	26 You shall also make four rings of gold for it and fasten them at the four corners, one at each leg,
27 Gli anelli saranno contigui alla cornice e serviranno a inserire le stanghe destinate a trasportare la tavola.	27 on two opposite sides of the frame as holders for the poles to carry the table.
28 Farai le stanghe di legno di acacia e le rivestirai d'oro; con esse si trasporterà la tavola.	28 These poles for carrying the table you shall make of acacia wood and plate with gold.
29 Farai anche i suoi accessori, piatti, coppe, anfore e tazze per le libazioni: li farai d'oro puro.	29 Of pure gold you shall make its plates and cups, as well as its pitchers and bowls for pouring libations.
30 Sulla tavola collocherai i pani dell'offerta: saranno sempre alla mia presenza.	30 On the table you shall always keep showbread set before me.
31 Farai anche un candelabro d'oro puro. Il candelabro sarà lavorato a martello, il suo fusto e i suoi bracci; i suoi calici, i suoi bulbi e le sue corolle saranno tutti di un pezzo.	31 "You shall make a lampstand of pure beaten gold-its shaft and branches-with its cups and knobs and petals springing directly from it.
32 Sei bracci usciranno dai suoi lati: tre bracci del candelabro da un lato e tre bracci del candelabro dall'altro lato.	32 Six branches are to extend from the sides of the lampstand, three branches on one side, and three on the other.
33 Vi saranno su di un braccio tre calici in forma di fiore di mandorlo, con bulbo e corolla e così anche sull'altro braccio tre calici in forma di fiore di mandorlo, con bulbo e corolla. Così sarà per i sei bracci che usciranno dal candelabro.	33 On one branch there are to be three cups, shaped like almond blossoms, each with its knob and petals; on the opposite branch there are to be three cups, shaped like almond blossoms, each with its knob and petals; and so for the six branches that extend from the lampstand.
34 Il fusto del candelabro avrà quattro calici in forma di fiore di mandorlo, con i loro bulbi e le loro corolle:	34 On the shaft there are to be four cups, shaped like almond blossoms, with their knobs and petals,
35 un bulbo sotto i due bracci che si dipartano da esso e un bulbo sotto gli altri due bracci e un bulbo sotto i due altri bracci che si dipartano da esso; così per tutti i sei bracci che escono dal candelabro.	35 including a knob below each of the three pairs of branches that extend from the lampstand.
36 I bulbi e i relativi bracci saranno tutti di un pezzo: il tutto sarà formato da una sola massa d'oro puro lavorata a martello.	36 Their knobs and branches shall so spring from it that the whole will form but a single piece of pure beaten gold.
37 Farai le sue sette lampade: vi si collocheranno sopra in modo da illuminare lo spazio davanti ad esso.	37 You shall then make seven lamps for it and so set up the lamps that they shed their light on the space in front of the lampstand.
38 I suoi smoccolatoi e i suoi portacenere saranno d'oro puro.	38 These, as well as the trimming shears and trays, must be of pure gold.
39 Lo si farà con un talento di oro puro, esso con tutti i suoi accessori.	39 Use a talent of pure gold for the lampstand and all its appurtenances.
40 Guarda ed eseguisci secondo il modello che ti è stato mostrato sul monte.	40 See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.
