NEW JERUSALEM	SAGRADA BIBLIA
1 The portion falling to the tribe of the sons of Judah, by clans, was near the frontier of Edom, from thedesert of Zin southwards to Kadesh in the south.	1 A parte que tocou por sorte à tribo de Judá, segundo suas famílias, estendia-se para o limite de Edom até o deserto de Sin, na extremidade meridional da terra.
2 Their southern frontier began at the tip of the Salt Sea, at the southerly bay;	2 Sua fronteira, ao sul, partia da extremidade do mar Salgado, do braço que ele estende para o meio-dia,
3 it proceeded south of the Ascent of Scorpions, crossed Zin and came up to Kadesh-Barnea from thesouth; past Hezron, it went on to Addar and turned towards Karka;	3 e prolongava-se para o sul da subida de Acrabim, passava em Sin e subia para o sul de Cades-Barne, passava em Esron, subindo para Adar e dando volta a Carcaa;
4 the frontier then went on to Azmon, came out at the Torrent of Egypt and reached as far as the sea.This is to be your southern frontier.	4 passando dali para Asmon, continuava até a torrente do Egito e terminava no mar. Esta a fronteira sul.

6 The northern boundary began at the bay at the mouth of the Jordan. The boundary went up to Beth-Hoglah, passed north of Beth-ha-Arabah and went on to the Stone of Bohan son of Reuben.	6 e subia a Bet-Agla, passava ao norte de Bet-Araba e ia até a pedra de Boen, filho de Rubem;
7 The boundary then went on to Debir from the Vale of Achor and turned north towards the stone circleopposite the Ascent of Adummim, which is south of the Torrent; the boundary went on to the Waters of En-Shemesh and came out at En-Rogel.	7 depois subia para Debera, desde o vale de Acor para o norte, olhando para os lados de Gálgala, que está defronte da subida de Adomim, ao sul da torrente. 8 It then went back up the Val ey of Hinnom, coming from the south to the flank of the Jebusite -- that is,Jerusalem -- and climbed to the crest of the mountain barring the Valley of Hinnom to the west, at the northernend of the Val ey of the Rephaim.	8 Daí subia para o vale de Ben Enom até a vertente meridional de Jebus, que é Jerusalém. Em seguida, elevava-se até o cimo do monte que está fronteiro ao vale de Enom, para o ocidente, e na extremidade do vale dos refains para o norte.
9 From the mountain top, the boundary curved round to the spring of the Waters of Nephtoah, went on tothe towns of Mount Ephron and then turned towards Baalah -- that is, Kiriath-Jearim.	9 Do cimo do monte, estendia-se até a fonte das águas de Neftoa, dirigia-se para as cidades da montanha de Efron, e depois continuava para Baala, que é Cariatiarim.

13 Caleb son of Jephunneh was given a share within that of the sons of Judah, in accordance withYahweh's order to Joshua: Kiriath-Arba, the town of the father of Anak -- that is, Hebron.	13 A Caleb, filho de Jefoné, foi dada uma parte no meio dos filhos de Judá, como o Senhor tinha prescrito a Josué: a cidade de Arbé, pai de Enac, isto é, Hebron.

18 When she arrived, he urged her to ask her father for arable land, but when she alighted from thedonkey and Caleb asked her, 'What is the matter?'	18 Chegando Axa à casa de Otoniel, ele incitou-a a que pedisse ao seu pai um campo. Ao descer do jumento, Caleb disse-lhe: Que tens?
19 she said to him, 'Grant me a blessing! As the land you have given me is the Negeb, give me springsof water too!' So Caleb gave her what she wanted, the upper springs and the lower springs.	19 Ela respondeu: Dá-me um presente. Deste-me uma terra árida: dá-me agora fontes. E ele deu-lhe as fontes superiores e as fontes inferiores.
20 Such was the heritage of the tribe of the sons of Judah, by clans.	20 Tal foi a parte da tribo de Judá, segundo suas famílias.

63 The Jebusites, however, who lived in Jerusalem, the sons of Judah were unable to dispossess, andthe Jebusites stil live in Jerusalem today, side by side with the sons of Judah.	63 Os filhos de Judá não chegaram a expulsar os jebuseus que habitavam em Jerusalém, de sorte que os jebuseus continuam ainda habitando Jerusalém com os filhos de Judá.
