Luke 22

NEW JERUSALEM	Biblia Tysiąclecia
1 The feast of Unleavened Bread, cal ed the Passover, was now drawing near,	1 Nadchodziła uroczystość Przaśników, tak zwana Pascha.

19 Then he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, 'This ismy body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.'	19 Następnie wziął chleb, odmówiwszy dziękczynienie połamał go i podał mówiąc: To jest Ciało moje, które za was będzie wydane: to czyńcie na moją pamiątkę!

26 With you this must not happen. No; the greatest among you must behave as if he were the youngest,the leader as if he were the one who serves.	26 Wy zaś nie tak [macie postępować]. Lecz największy między wami niech będzie jak najmłodszy, a przełożony jak sługa!
27 For who is the greater: the one at table or the one who serves? The one at table, surely? Yet here amI among you as one who serves!	27 Któż bowiem jest większy? Czy ten, kto siedzi za stołem, czy ten, kto służy? Czyż nie ten, kto siedzi za stołem? Otóż Ja jestem pośród was jak ten, kto służy.
28 'You are the men who have stood by me faithful y in my trials;	28 Wyście wytrwali przy Mnie w moich przeciwnościach.
29 and now I confer a kingdom on you, just as my Father conferred one on me:	29 Dlatego i Ja przekazuję wam królestwo, jak Mnie przekazał je mój Ojciec:
30 you wil eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and you wil sit on thrones to judge the twelve tribesof Israel.	30 abyście w królestwie moim jedli i pili przy moim stole oraz żebyście zasiadali na tronach, sądząc dwanaście pokoleń Izraela.

34 Jesus replied, 'I tell you, Peter, by the time the cock crows today you wil have denied three times thatyou know me.'	34 Lecz Jezus odrzekł: Powiadam ci, Piotrze, nie zapieje dziś kogut, a ty trzy razy wyprzesz się tego, że Mnie znasz.
35 He said to them, 'When I sent you out without purse or haversack or sandals, were you short ofanything?'	35 I rzekł do nich: Czy brak wam było czego, kiedy was posyłałem bez trzosa, bez torby i bez sandałów? Oni odpowiedzieli: Niczego.
36 'No, nothing,' they said. He said to them, 'But now if you have a purse, take it, and the same with ahaversack; if you have no sword, sell your cloak and buy one,	36 Lecz teraz - mówił dalej - kto ma trzos, niech go weźmie; tak samo torbę; a kto nie ma, niech sprzeda swój płaszcz i kupi miecz!
37 because I tell you these words of scripture are destined to be fulfil ed in me: He was counted as oneof the rebel ious. 38 They said, 'Lord, here are two swords.' He said to them, 'That is enough!'	38 Oni rzekli: Panie, tu są dwa miecze. Odpowiedział im: Wystarczy.

43 Then an angel appeared to him, coming from heaven to give him strength.	43 Wtedy ukazał Mu się anioł z nieba i umacniał Go.
44 In his anguish he prayed even more earnestly, and his sweat fell to the ground like great drops ofblood.	44 Pogrążony w udręce jeszcze usilniej się modlił, a Jego pot był jak gęste krople krwi, sączące się na ziemię.

47 Suddenly, while he was still speaking, a number of men appeared, and at the head of them the mancal ed Judas, one of the Twelve, who went up to Jesus to kiss him.	47 Gdy On jeszcze mówił, oto zjawił się tłum. 52 Then Jesus said to the chief priests and captains of the Temple guard and elders who had come forhim, 'Am I a bandit, that you had to set out with swords and clubs?	52 Do arcykapłanów zaś, dówódcy straży świątynnej i starszych, którzy wyszli przeciw Niemu, Jezus rzekł: Wyszliście z mieczami i kijami jak na zbójcę?
53 When I was among you in the Temple day after day you never made a move to lay hands on me. Butthis is your hour; this is the reign of darkness.'	53 Gdy codziennie bywałem u was w świątyni, nie podnieśliście rąk na Mnie, lecz to jest wasza godzina i panowanie ciemności.
54 They seized him then and led him away, and they took him to the high priest's house. Peter fol owedat a distance.	54 Schwycili Go więc, poprowadzili i zawiedli do domu najwyższego kapłana. A Piotr szedł z daleka.

60 Peter said, 'My friend, I do not know what you are talking about.' At that instant, while he was stilspeaking, the cock crowed,	60 Piotr zaś rzekł: Człowieku, nie wiem, co mówisz. I w tej chwili, gdy on jeszcze mówił, kogut zapiał.
61 and the Lord turned and looked straight at Peter, and Peter remembered the Lord's words when hehad said to him, 'Before the cock crows today, you will have disowned me three times.'	61 A Pan obrócił się i spojrzał na Piotra. Wspomniał Piotr na słowo Pana, jak mu powiedział: Dziś, zanim kogut zapieje, trzy razy się Mnie wyprzesz.
62 And he went outside and wept bitterly.	62 Wyszedł na zewnątrz i gorzko zapłakał.
63 Meanwhile the men who guarded Jesus were mocking and beating him.	63 Tymczasem ludzie, którzy pilnowali Jezusa, naigrawali się z Niego i bili Go.
64 They blindfolded him and questioned him, saying, 'Prophesy! Who hit you then?'	64 Zasłaniali Mu oczy i pytali: Prorokuj, kto Cię uderzył.

68 and if I question you, you will not answer.	68 i jeśli was zapytam, nie dacie Mi odpowiedzi.
69 But from now on, the Son of man wil be seated at the right hand of the Power of God.'	69 Lecz odtąd Syn Człowieczy siedzieć będzie po prawej stronie Wszechmocy Bożej.
70 They all said, 'So you are the Son of God then?' He answered, 'It is you who say I am.'	70 Zawołali wszyscy: Więc Ty jesteś Synem Bożym? Odpowiedział im: Tak. Jestem Nim.
71 Then they said, 'Why do we need any evidence? We have heard it for ourselves from his own lips.'	71 A oni zawołali: Na co nam jeszcze potrzeba świadectwa? Sami przecież słyszeliśmy z ust Jego.
