Psalms 71

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 In you, Yahweh, I take refuge, I shal never be put to shame.	1 بك يا رب احتميت فلا اخزى الى الدهر‎.
2 In your saving justice rescue me, deliver me, listen to me and save me.	2 ‎بعدلك نجني وانقذني امل اليّ اذنك وخلّصني‎.
3 Be a sheltering rock for me, always accessible; you have determined to save me, for you are my rock,my fortress.	3 ‎كن لي صخرة ملجأ ادخله دائما. امرت بخلاصي لانك صخرتي وحصني‎.
4 My God, rescue me from the clutches of the wicked, from the grasp of the rogue and the ruthless.	4 ‎يا الهي نجني من يد الشرير من كف فاعل الشر والظالم‎.
5 For you are my hope, Lord, my trust, Yahweh, since boyhood.	5 ‎لانك انت رجائي يا سيدي الرب متكلي منذ صباي‎.
6 On you I have relied since my birth, since my mother's womb you have been my portion, the constanttheme of my praise.	6 ‎عليك استندت من البطن وانت مخرجي من احشاء امي بك تسبيحي دائما‎.
7 Many were bewildered at me, but you are my sure refuge.	7 ‎صرت كآية لكثيرين. اما انت فملجإي القوي‎.
8 My mouth is full of your praises, fil ed with your splendour all day long.	8 ‎يمتلئ فمي من تسبيحك اليوم كله من مجدك
9 Do not reject me in my old age, nor desert me when my strength is failing,	9 لا ترفضني في زمن الشيخوخة. لا تتركني عند فناء قوّتي‎.
10 for my enemies are discussing me, those with designs on my life are plotting together.	10 ‎لان اعدائي تقاولوا عليّ والذين يرصدون نفسي تآمروا معا
11 'Hound him down, for God has deserted him! Seize him, there is no one to rescue him.'	11 قائلين ان الله قد تركه. الحقوه وامسكوه لانه لا منقذ له‎.
12 God, do not stand aloof, my God, come quickly to help me.	12 ‎يا الله لا تبعد عني يا الهي الى معونتي اسرع‎.
13 Shame and ruin on those who slander me, may those intent on harming me be covered with insultand infamy.	13 ‎ليخز ويفن مخاصمو نفسي. ليلبس العار والخجل الملتمسون لي شرا‎.
14 As for me, my hope wil never fade, I wil praise you more and more.	14 ‎اما انا فارجو دائما وازيد على كل تسبيحك‎.
15 My lips shal proclaim your saving justice, your saving power all day long.	15 ‎فمي يحدث بعدلك اليوم كله بخلاصك لاني لا اعرف لها اعدادا‎.
16 I wil come in the power of Yahweh to tel of your justice, yours alone.	16 ‎آتي بجبروت السيد الرب. اذكر برك وحدك
17 God, you have taught me from boyhood, and I am still proclaiming your marvels.	17 اللهم قد علمتني منذ صباي والى الآن اخبر بعجائبك‎.
18 Now that I am old and grey-haired, God, do not desert me, til I have proclaimed your strength togenerations still to come, your power	18 ‎وايضا الى الشيخوخة والشيب يا الله لا تتركني حتى اخبر بذراعك الجيل المقبل وبقوتك كل آت‏‎.
19 and justice to the skies. You have done great things, God, who is like you?	19 ‎وبرك الى العلياء يا الله الذي صنعت العظائم. يا الله من مثلك
20 You have shown me much misery and hardship, but you will give me life again, You will raise me upagain from the depths of the earth,	20 انت الذي اريتنا ضيقات كثيرة وردية تعود فتحيينا ومن اعماق الارض تعود فتصعدنا‎.
21 prolong my old age, and comfort me again.	21 ‎تزيد عظمتي وترجع فتعزيني‎.
22 For my part, I will thank you on the lyre for your constancy, my God. I wil play the harp in yourhonour, Holy One of Israel.	22 ‎فانا ايضا احمدك برباب حقك يا الهي. ارنم لك بالعود يا قدوس اسرائيل‎.
23 My lips sing for joy as I play to you, because you have redeemed me,	23 ‎تبتهج شفتاي اذ ارنم لك ونفسي التي فديتها‎.
24 and al day long my tongue muses on your saving justice. Shame and disgrace on those intent toharm me!	24 ‎ولساني ايضا اليوم كله يلهج ببرك. لانه قد خزي لانه قد خجل الملتمسون لي شرا
