2 Shepherd of Israel, listen, guide of the flock of Joseph! From your throne upon the cherubim reveal yourself	2 Vós que assentais acima dos querubins, mostrai vosso esplendor em presença de Efraim, Benjamim e Manassés. Despertai vosso poder, e vinde salvar-nos.
3 to Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh. Stir up your power, come to save us.	3 Restaurai-nos, ó Senhor; mostrai-nos serena a vossa face e seremos salvos.
4 O LORD of hosts, restore us; Let your face shine upon us, that we may be saved.	4 Ó Deus dos exércitos, até quando vos irritareis contra o vosso povo em oração?
5 LORD of hosts, how long will you burn with anger while your people pray?	5 Vós o nutristes com o pão das lágrimas, e o fizestes sorver um copioso pranto.
6 You have fed them the bread of tears, made them drink tears in abundance.	6 Vós nos tornastes uma presa disputada dos vizinhos: os inimigos zombam de nós.
7 You have left us to be fought over by our neighbors; our enemies deride us.	7 Restaurai-nos, ó Deus dos exércitos; mostrai-nos serena a vossa face e seremos salvos.
8 O LORD of hosts, restore us; let your face shine upon us, that we may be saved.	8 Uma vinha do Egito vós arrancastes; expulsastes povos para a replantar.
9 You brought a vine out of Egypt; you drove away the nations and planted it.	9 O solo vós lhes preparastes; ela lançou raízes nele e se espalhou na terra.
10 You cleared the ground; it took root and filled the land.	10 As montanhas se cobriram com sua sombra, seus ramos ensombraram os cedros de Deus.
11 The mountains were covered by its shadow, the cedars of God by its branches.	11 Até o mar ela estendeu sua ramagem, e até o rio os seus rebentos.
12 It sent out boughs as far as the sea, shoots as far as the river.	12 Por que derrubastes os seus muros, de sorte que os passantes a vindimem,
13 Why have you broken down the walls, so that all who pass by pluck its fruit?	13 e a devaste o javali do mato, e sirva de pasto aos animais do campo?
14 The boar from the forest strips the vine; the beast of the field feeds upon it.	14 Voltai, ó Deus dos exércitos; olhai do alto céu, vede e vinde visitar a vinha.
15 Turn again, LORD of hosts; look down from heaven and see; Attend to this vine,	15 Protegei este cepo por vós plantado, este rebento que vossa mão cuidou.
16 the shoot your right hand has planted.	16 Aqueles que a queimaram e cortaram pereçam em vossa presença ameaçadora.
17 Those who would burn or cut it down-- may they perish at your rebuke.	17 Estendei a mão sobre o homem que escolhestes, sobre o homem que haveis fortificado.
18 May your help be with the man at your right hand, with the one whom you once made strong.	18 E não mais de vós nos apartaremos; conservai-nos a vida e então vos louvaremos.
19 Then we will not withdraw from you; revive us, and we will call on your name.	19 Restaurai-nos, Senhor, ó Deus dos exércitos; mostrai-nos serena a vossa face e seremos salvos.
