1 Yahweh is king! Let earth rejoice, the many isles be glad!	1 Salmo di David. Cantate al Signore il novo canto; per che le maraviglie ha fatto. Egli ha salvato a sè la sua destra, e il braccio santo suo.
2 Cloud, black cloud enfolds him, saving justice and judgement the foundations of his throne.	2 Ha manifestato il Signore il suo Salvatore; nel conspetto delle genti ha revelato la giustizia sua.
3 Fire goes before him, sets ablaze his enemies al around;	3 Hassi ricordato della sua misericordia e verità, e della casa d'Israel. Videro tutti gli termini della terra il Salvatore del Dio nostro.
4 his lightning-flashes light up the world, the earth sees it and quakes.	4 Giubilate a Dio, ogni terra; cantate, rallegratevi e salmizzate.

8 Zion hears and is glad, the daughters of Judah exult, because of your judgements, Yahweh.	8 Faccino festa con mano li fiumi, insieme i monti s'allegrino
9 For you are Yahweh, Most High over al the earth, far transcending al gods.	9 dalla faccia del Signore; pero ch' egli è venuto a giudicare la terra. Giudicarà il circuito della terra nella giustizia, e li popoli nella equità.
10 Yahweh loves those who hate evil, he keeps safe his faithful, rescues them from the clutches of thewicked.
11 Light dawns for the upright, and joy for honest hearts.
12 Rejoice in Yahweh, you who are upright, praise his unforgettable holiness.
