¹ [Song Psalm Of Asaph] God, do not remain silent, do not stay quiet or unmoved, God!	¹ Cántico. Salmo de Asaf.
² See how your enemies are in uproar, how those who hate you are rearing their heads.	² Oh Dios, no estés callado, \| no estés mudo e inactivo, oh Dios.
³ They are laying plans against your people, conspiring against those you cherish;	³ Mira que tus enemigos se amotinan, \| y los que te odian levantan la cabeza.
⁴ they say, 'Come, let us annihilate them as a nation, the name of Israel shall be remembered no more!'	⁴ Se conjuran contra tu pueblo, \| conspiran contra tus protegidos.
⁵ They conspire with a single mind, they conclude an al iance against you,	⁵ Dicen: «Vamos a borrarla como nación, \| que nunca se recuerde el nombre de Israel».
⁶ the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, Moab and the Hagrites,	⁶ Así han decidido unánimemente \| concertar un pacto contra ti:
⁷ Gebal, Ammon, Amalek, Philistia and the Tyrians;	⁷ las tiendas de Edón y los ismaelitas, \| Moab y los agarenos,
⁸ even Assyria has joined them to reinforce the children of Lot.Pause	⁸ Guebal, Amón y Amalec, \| los filisteos con los habitantes de Tiro;
⁹ Treat them like Midian and Sisera, like Jabin at the river Kishon;	⁹ también Asur se alió con ellos, \| prestando ayuda a los hijos de Lot. (Pausa).

¹³ My God, treat them like thistledown, like chaff at the mercy of the wind.	¹³ que decían: «Conquistaremos \| los campos de Dios».
¹⁴ As fire devours a forest, as a flame sets mountains ablaze,	¹⁴ Dios mío, conviértelos en vilanos, \| en tamo a merced del viento;
¹⁵ so drive them away with your tempest, by your whirlwind fill them with terror.	¹⁵ como fuego que quema el bosque, \| como llama que abrasa los montes,
¹⁶ Shame written al over their faces, let them seek your name, Yahweh!	¹⁶ persíguelos así con tu tormenta, \| atérralos con tu huracán.
¹⁷ Dishonour and terror be always theirs, death also and destruction.	¹⁷ Cúbreles el rostro de ignominia; \| para que busquen tu nombre, Señor.
¹⁸ Let them know that you alone bear the name of Yahweh, Most High over al the earth.	¹⁸ ¡Avergonzados y aterrados para siempre, \| queden humillados y perezcan!
	¹⁹ Y reconozcan que tu nombre es «el Señor», \| que tú solo eres Altísimo sobre toda la tierra.
