1 [Song Psalm Of Asaph] God, do not remain silent, do not stay quiet or unmoved, God!	1 שיר מזמור לאסף אלהים אל דמי לך אל תחרש ואל תשקט אל
2 See how your enemies are in uproar, how those who hate you are rearing their heads.	2 כי הנה אויביך יהמיון ומשנאיך נשאו ראש
3 They are laying plans against your people, conspiring against those you cherish;	3 על עמך יערימו סוד ויתיעצו על צפוניך
4 they say, 'Come, let us annihilate them as a nation, the name of Israel shall be remembered no more!'	4 אמרו לכו ונכחידם מגוי ולא יזכר שם ישראל עוד
5 They conspire with a single mind, they conclude an al iance against you,	5 כי נועצו לב יחדו עליך ברית יכרתו
6 the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, Moab and the Hagrites,	6 אהלי אדום וישמעאלים מואב והגרים
7 Gebal, Ammon, Amalek, Philistia and the Tyrians;	7 גבל ועמון ועמלק פלשת עם ישבי צור
8 even Assyria has joined them to reinforce the children of Lot.Pause	8 גם אשור נלוה עמם היו זרוע לבני לוט סלה
9 Treat them like Midian and Sisera, like Jabin at the river Kishon;	9 עשה להם כמדין כסיסרא כיבין בנחל קישון
10 wiped out at En-Dor, they served to manure the ground.	10 נשמדו בעין דאר היו דמן לאדמה
11 Treat their leaders like Oreb and Zeeb, al their commanders like Zebah and Zalmunna,	11 שיתמו נדיבמו כערב וכזאב וכזבח וכצלמנע כל נסיכמו
12 for they said, 'Let us take for ourselves God's settlements.'	12 אשר אמרו נירשה לנו את נאות אלהים
13 My God, treat them like thistledown, like chaff at the mercy of the wind.	13 אלהי שיתמו כגלגל כקש לפני רוח
14 As fire devours a forest, as a flame sets mountains ablaze,	14 כאש תבער יער וכלהבה תלהט הרים
15 so drive them away with your tempest, by your whirlwind fill them with terror.	15 כן תרדפם בסערך ובסופתך תבהלם
16 Shame written al over their faces, let them seek your name, Yahweh!	16 מלא פניהם קלון ויבקשו שמך יהוה
17 Dishonour and terror be always theirs, death also and destruction.	17 יבשו ויבהלו עדי עד ויחפרו ויאבדו
18 Let them know that you alone bear the name of Yahweh, Most High over al the earth.	18 וידעו כי אתה שמך יהוה לבדך עליון על כל הארץ
