2 Have pity on me, Yahweh, for I am fading away. Heal me, Yahweh, my bones are shaken,	2 Signore, non punirmi nella tua ira,non castigarmi nel tuo furore.
3 my spirit is shaken to its very depths. But you, Yahweh . . . how long?	3 Pietà di me, Signore, sono sfinito;guariscimi, Signore: tremano le mie ossa.
4 Yahweh, relent and save my life rescue me because of your faithful love,	4 Trema tutta l’anima mia.Ma tu, Signore, fino a quando?
5 for in death there is no remembrance of you; who could sing your praises in Sheol?	5 Ritorna, Signore, libera la mia vita,salvami per la tua misericordia.
6 I am worn out with groaning, every night I drench my pil ow and soak my bed with tears.	6 Nessuno tra i morti ti ricorda.Chi negli inferi canta le tue lodi?
7 My eyes waste away with vexation. Arrogance from al my foes!	7 Sono stremato dai miei lamenti,ogni notte inondo di pianto il mio giaciglio,bagno di lacrime il mio letto.
8 Away from me, al evil-doers! For Yahweh has heard the sound of my weeping,	8 I miei occhi nel dolore si consumano,invecchiano fra tante mie afflizioni.
9 Yahweh has heard my pleading. Yahweh wil accept my prayer.	9 Via da me, voi tutti che fate il male:il Signore ascolta la voce del mio pianto.
10 Let al my enemies be put to confusion, shaken to their depths, let them retreat in sudden confusion.	10 Il Signore ascolta la mia supplica,il Signore accoglie la mia preghiera.
	11 Si vergognino e tremino molto tutti i miei nemici,tornino indietro e si vergognino all’istante.
