1 [Of David] Bless Yahweh, my soul, from the depths of my being, his holy name;	1 לדוד ברכי נפשי את יהוה וכל קרבי את שם קדשו
2 bless Yahweh, my soul, never forget al his acts of kindness.	2 ברכי נפשי את יהוה ואל תשכחי כל גמוליו
3 He forgives al your offences, cures al your diseases,	3 הסלח לכל עונכי הרפא לכל תחלאיכי
4 he redeems your life from the abyss, crowns you with faithful love and tenderness;	4 הגואל משחת חייכי המעטרכי חסד ורחמים
5 he contents you with good things al your life, renews your youth like an eagle's.	5 המשביע בטוב עדיך תתחדש כנשר נעוריכי
6 Yahweh acts with uprightness, with justice to all who are oppressed;	6 עשה צדקות יהוה ומשפטים לכל עשוקים
7 he revealed to Moses his ways, his great deeds to the children of Israel.	7 יודיע דרכיו למשה לבני ישראל עלילותיו
8 Yahweh is tenderness and pity, slow to anger and rich in faithful love;	8 רחום וחנון יהוה ארך אפים ורב חסד
9 his indignation does not last for ever, nor his resentment remain for al time;	9 לא לנצח יריב ולא לעולם יטור
10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve, nor repay us as befits our offences.	10 לא כחטאינו עשה לנו ולא כעונתינו גמל עלינו
11 As the height of heaven above earth, so strong is his faithful love for those who fear him.	11 כי כגבה שמים על הארץ גבר חסדו על יראיו
12 As the distance of east from west, so far from us does he put our faults.	12 כרחק מזרח ממערב הרחיק ממנו את פשעינו
13 As tenderly as a father treats his children, so Yahweh treats those who fear him;	13 כרחם אב על בנים רחם יהוה על יראיו
14 he knows of what we are made, he remembers that we are dust.	14 כי הוא ידע יצרנו זכור כי עפר אנחנו
15 As for a human person -- his days are like grass, he blooms like the wild flowers;	15 אנוש כחציר ימיו כציץ השדה כן יציץ
16 as soon as the wind blows he is gone, never to be seen there again.	16 כי רוח עברה בו ואיננו ולא יכירנו עוד מקומו
17 But Yahweh's faithful love for those who fear him is from eternity and for ever; and his saving justiceto their children's children;	17 וחסד יהוה מעולם ועד עולם על יראיו וצדקתו לבני בנים
18 as long as they keep his covenant, and careful y obey his precepts.	18 לשמרי בריתו ולזכרי פקדיו לעשותם
19 Yahweh has fixed his throne in heaven, his sovereign power rules over all.	19 יהוה בשמים הכין כסאו ומלכותו בכל משלה
20 Bless Yahweh, al his angels, mighty warriors who fulfil his commands, attentive to the sound of hiswords.	20 ברכו יהוה מלאכיו גברי כח עשי דברו לשמע בקול דברו
21 Bless Yahweh, al his armies, servants who fulfil his wishes.	21 ברכו יהוה כל צבאיו משרתיו עשי רצונו
22 Bless Yahweh, al his works, in every place where he rules. Bless Yahweh, my soul.	22 ברכו יהוה כל מעשיו בכל מקמות ממשלתו ברכי נפשי את יהוה
