1 A psalm of the Korahites. A song.	1 שיר מזמור לבני קרח גדול יהוה ומהלל מאד בעיר אלהינו הר קדשו
2 Great is the LORD and highly praised in the city of our God: The holy mountain,	2 יפה נוף משוש כל הארץ הר ציון ירכתי צפון קרית מלך רב
3 fairest of heights, the joy of all the earth, Mount Zion, the heights of Zaphon, the city of the great king.	3 אלהים בארמנותיה נודע למשגב
4 God is its citadel, renowned as a stronghold.	4 כי הנה המלכים נועדו עברו יחדו
5 See! The kings assembled, together they invaded.	5 המה ראו כן תמהו נבהלו נחפזו
6 When they looked they were astounded; terrified, they were put to flight!	6 רעדה אחזתם שם חיל כיולדה
7 Trembling seized them there, anguish, like a woman's labor,	7 ברוח קדים תשבר אניות תרשיש
8 As when the east wind wrecks the ships of Tarshish!	8 כאשר שמענו כן ראינו בעיר יהוה צבאות בעיר אלהינו אלהים יכוננה עד עולם סלה
9 What we had heard we now see in the city of the LORD of hosts, In the city of our God, founded to last forever. Selah	9 דמינו אלהים חסדך בקרב היכלך
10 O God, within your temple we ponder your steadfast love.	10 כשמך אלהים כן תהלתך על קצוי ארץ צדק מלאה ימינך
11 Like your name, O God, your praise reaches the ends of the earth. Your right hand is fully victorious.	11 ישמח הר ציון תגלנה בנות יהודה למען משפטיך
12 Mount Zion is glad! The cities of Judah rejoice because of your saving deeds!	12 סבו ציון והקיפוה ספרו מגדליה
13 Go about Zion, walk all around it, note the number of its towers.	13 שיתו לבכם לחילה פסגו ארמנותיה למען תספרו לדור אחרון
14 Consider the ramparts, examine its citadels, that you may tell future generations:	14 כי זה אלהים אלהינו עולם ועד הוא ינהגנו על מות
15 "Yes, so mighty is God, our God who leads us always!"
