¹ The Lamb then broke the seventh seal, and there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.	¹ Y cuando abrió el séptimo sello se hizo en el cielo silencio como de media hora.
² Next I saw seven trumpets being given to the seven angels who stand in the presence of God.	² Y vi a los siete ángeles que están de pie delante de Dios; y les dieron siete trompetas.
³ Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. A large quantity of incense wasgiven to him to offer with the prayers of al the saints on the golden altar that stood in front of the throne;	³ Y vino otro ángel y se puso de pie junto al altar con un incensario de oro, y le fueron dados muchos perfumes, para que los añadiese a las oraciones de todos los santos sobre el altar de oro que está delante del trono.
⁴ and so from the angel's hand the smoke of the incense went up in the presence of God and with it theprayers of the saints.	⁴ Y subió el humo de los perfumes con las oraciones de los santos de mano del ángel a la presencia de Dios.
⁵ Then the angel took the censer and fil ed it from the fire of the altar, which he then hurled down onto theearth; immediately there came peals of thunder and flashes of lightning, and the earth shook.	⁵ El ángel tomó el incensario, lo llenó del fuego del altar y lo arrojó a la tierra: hubo truenos, voces, relámpagos y un terremoto.
⁶ The seven angels that had the seven trumpets now made ready to sound them.	⁶ Y los siete ángeles que tenían las siete trompetas se prepararon para tocar.
⁷ The first blew his trumpet and, with that, hail and fire, mixed with blood, were hurled on the earth: a thirdof the earth was burnt up, and a third of al trees, and every blade of grass was burnt.	⁷ Y el primero tocó la trompeta, y hubo granizo y fuego mezclados con sangre, y fueron arrojados a la tierra. Una tercera parte de la tierra se abrasó, una tercera parte de los árboles se abrasó y toda la hierba verde se abrasó.
⁸ The second angel blew his trumpet, and it was as though a great mountain blazing with fire was hurledinto the sea: a third of the sea turned into blood,	⁸ Y el segundo ángel tocó la trompeta; algo así como una montaña enorme, ardiendo en fuego, fue arrojada al mar: y la tercera parte del mar se convirtió en sangre,

¹⁰ The third angel blew his trumpet, and a huge star fel from the sky, burning like a ball of fire, and it felon a third of all rivers and on the springs of water;	¹⁰ Y el tercer ángel tocó la trompeta; y cayó del cielo una estrella gigantesca, ardiendo como una antorcha, y cayó sobre la tercera parte de los ríos y sobre los manantiales de las aguas.
¹¹ this was the star called Wormwood, and a third of al water turned to wormwood, so that many peopledied; the water had become so bitter.	¹¹ El nombre de la estrella es Ajenjo: la tercera parte de las aguas se convirtió en ajenjo, y mucha gente murió por las aguas, porque se habían vuelto amargas.
¹² The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun and a third of the moon and a third of thestars were blasted, so that the light went out of a third of them and the day lost a third of its il umination, andlikewise the night.	¹² Y el cuarto ángel tocó la trompeta, y fue herida una tercera parte del sol, una tercera parte de la luna y una tercera parte de las estrellas, de modo que se oscureció la tercera parte de ellos y el día perdió una tercera parte de su luz, y lo mismo la noche.
¹³ In my vision, I heard an eagle, cal ing aloud as it flew high overhead, 'Disaster, disaster, disaster, onal the people on earth at the sound of the other three trumpets which the three angels have yet to blow!'	¹³ Miré: y oí un águila que volaba por mitad del cielo, y decía con gran voz: «¡Ay, ay, ay de los habitantes de la tierra por los toques de trompeta que faltan, por los tres ángeles que están a punto de tocar!».
