Matthew 7

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 'Do not judge, and you will not be judged;	1 لا تدينوا لكي لا تدانوا.
2 because the judgements you give are the judgements you wil get, and the standard you use wil be thestandard used for you.	2 لانكم بالدينونة التي بها تدينون تدانون. وبالكيل الذي به تكيلون يكال لكم.
3 Why do you observe the splinter in your brother's eye and never notice the great log in your own?	3 ولماذا تنظر القذى الذي في عين اخيك. واما الخشبة التي في عينك فلا تفطن لها.
4 And how dare you say to your brother, "Let me take that splinter out of your eye," when, look, there is agreat log in your own?	4 ام كيف تقول لأخيك دعني اخرج القذى من عينك وها الخشبة في عينك.
5 Hypocrite! Take the log out of your own eye first, and then you wil see clearly enough to take thesplinter out of your brother's eye.	5 يا مرائي اخرج اولا الخشبة من عينك. وحينئذ تبصر جيدا ان تخرج القذى من عين اخيك.
6 'Do not give dogs what is holy; and do not throw your pearls in front of pigs, or they may trample themand then turn on you and tear you to pieces.	6 لا تعطوا القدس للكلاب. ولا تطرحوا درركم قدام الخنازير. لئلا تدوسها بارجلها وتلتفت فتمزقكم
7 'Ask, and it wil be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.	7 اسألوا تعطوا. اطلبوا تجدوا. اقرعوا يفتح لكم.
8 Everyone who asks receives; everyone who searches finds; everyone who knocks will have the dooropened.	8 لان كل من يسأل يأخذ. ومن يطلب يجد. ومن يقرع يفتح له.
9 Is there anyone among you who would hand his son a stone when he asked for bread?	9 ام اي انسان منكم اذا سأله ابنه خبزا يعطيه حجرا.
10 Or would hand him a snake when he asked for a fish?	10 وان سأله سمكة يعطيه حية.
11 If you, then, evil as you are, know how to give your children what is good, how much more wil yourFather in heaven give good things to those who ask him!	11 فان كنتم وانتم اشرار تعرفون ان تعطوا اولادكم عطايا جيدة فكم بالحري ابوكم الذي في السموات يهب خيرات للذين يسألونه.
12 'So always treat others as you would like them to treat you; that is the Law and the Prophets.	12 فكل ما تريدون ان يفعل الناس بكم افعلوا هكذا انتم ايضا بهم. لان هذا هو الناموس والانبياء
13 'Enter by the narrow gate, since the road that leads to destruction is wide and spacious, and manytake it;	13 ادخلوا من الباب الضيق. لانه واسع الباب ورحب الطريق الذي يؤدي الى الهلاك. وكثيرون هم الذين يدخلون منه.
14 but it is a narrow gate and a hard road that leads to life, and only a few find it.	14 ما اضيق الباب وأكرب الطريق الذي يؤدي الى الحياة. وقليلون هم الذين يجدونه
15 'Beware of false prophets who come to you disguised as sheep but underneath are ravenous wolves.	15 احترزوا من الانبياء الكذبة الذين يأتونكم بثياب الحملان ولكنهم من داخل ذئاب خاطفة.
16 You wil be able to tel them by their fruits. Can people pick grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?	16 من ثمارهم تعرفونهم. هل يجتنون من الشوك عنبا او من الحسك تينا.
17 In the same way, a sound tree produces good fruit but a rotten tree bad fruit.	17 هكذا كل شجرة جيدة تصنع اثمارا جيدة. واما الشجرة الردية فتصنع اثمارا رديّة.
18 A sound tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor a rotten tree bear good fruit.	18 لا تقدر شجرة جيدة ان تصنع اثمارا رديّة ولا شجرة رديّة ان تصنع اثمارا جيدة.
19 Any tree that does not produce good fruit is cut down and thrown on the fire.	19 كل شجرة لا تصنع ثمرا جيدا تقطع وتلقى في النار.
20 I repeat, you wil be able to tel them by their fruits.	20 فاذا من ثمارهم تعرفونهم
21 'It is not anyone who says to me, "Lord, Lord," who wil enter the kingdom of Heaven, but the personwho does the wil of my Father in heaven.	21 ليس كل من يقول لي يا رب يا رب يدخل ملكوت السموات. بل الذي يفعل ارادة ابي الذي في السموات.
22 When the day comes many wil say to me, "Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, drive outdemons in your name, work many miracles in your name?"	22 كثيرون سيقولون لي في ذلك اليوم يا رب يا رب أليس باسمك تنبأنا وباسمك اخرجنا شياطين وباسمك صنعنا قوات كثيرة.
23 Then I shal tel them to their faces: I have never known you; away from me, al evil doers!	23 فحينئذ أصرّح لهم اني لم اعرفكم قط. اذهبوا عني يا فاعلي الاثم
24 'Therefore, everyone who listens to these words of mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on rock.	24 فكل من يسمع اقوالي هذه ويعمل بها اشبهه برجل عاقل بنى بيته على الصخر.
25 Rain came down, floods rose, gales blew and hurled themselves against that house, and it did not fal :it was founded on rock.	25 فنزل المطر وجاءت الانهار وهبت الرياح ووقعت على ذلك البيت فلم يسقط. لانه كان مؤسسا على الصخر.
26 But everyone who listens to these words of mine and does not act on them will be like a stupid manwho built his house on sand.	26 وكل من يسمع اقوالي هذه ولا يعمل بها يشبّه برجل جاهل بنى بيته على الرمل.
27 Rain came down, floods rose, gales blew and struck that house, and it fell; and what a fall it had!'	27 فنزل المطر وجاءت الانهار وهبت الرياح وصدمت ذلك البيت فسقط. وكان سقوطه عظيما
28 Jesus had now finished what he wanted to say, and his teaching made a deep impression on thepeople	28 فلما اكمل يسوع هذه الاقوال بهتت الجموع من تعليمه.
29 because he taught them with authority, unlike their own scribes.	29 لانه كان يعلّمهم كمن له سلطان وليس كالكتبة
