NEW JERUSALEM	KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	1 Így szólt továbbá az Úr Mózeshez:
2 'Give the Israelites this order. Say: "When you enter the country (Canaan), this will be the countrywhich forms your heritage. This is Canaan as defined by its boundaries:	2 »Parancsolj Izrael fiainak és mondd nekik: Ha majd bejuttok Kánaán földjére, s azt kisorsolják közöttetek birtokul, a következők legyenek határai.
3 "The southern part of your country wil start from the desert of Zin, on the borders of Edom. Yoursouthern boundary wil start on the east at the end of the Salt Sea.	3 A déli rész az Edom mellett levő Szín-pusztától kezdődjék. Határa keleten a Sós-tenger legyen,
4 It wil then turn south towards the Ascent of the Scorpions and go by Zin to end in the south atKadesh-Barnea. It wil then run towards Hazar-Addar and pass through Azmon.	4 aztán kerülje meg a Skorpió-magaslat déli oldalát, úgy hogy átmenjen Szennán és Kádes-Barneától délre jusson; onnan haladjon a határ az Ádár nevű faluig, majd húzódjon Aszemónáig,
5 From Azmon the boundary wil turn towards the Torrent of Egypt and end at the Sea.	5 Aszemónától aztán kanyarodjék a határ Egyiptom patakjához és végződjék a Nagy-tenger partján.
6 "Your seaboard wil be on the Great Sea; this will be your western boundary.	6 A nyugati oldal a Nagy-tengernél kezdődjék, s ugyanennél a határnál végződjék.
7 "Your northern boundary wil be as fol ows: you wil draw a line from the Great Sea to Mount Hor,	7 Az északi oldalon a határ a Nagy-tengernél kezdődjék, aztán haladjon egészen a Magas-hegyig,
8 then from Mount Hor you wil draw a line to the Pass of Hamath, and the boundary will end at Zedad.	8 onnan menjen Emát felé egészen Szedáda határáig,
9 From there it wil run on to Ziphron and end at Hazar-Enan. This wil be your northern boundary.	9 aztán menjen a határ egészen Zefronáig és Enán falváig. Ez legyen a határ az északi részen.
10 "You will then draw your eastern boundary from Hazar-Enan to Shepham.	10 A keleti oldal határát innen, Enán falvától kell meghúzni egészen Sefámáig,
11 The boundary wil run down from Shepham towards Riblah on the east side of Ain. Further down itwil keep to the eastern shore of the Sea of Chinnereth.	11 Sefámától aztán menjen le a határ addig a Rebláig, amely a Dafním forrással átellenben van, onnan jusson el a Kinneret-tenger keleti partjára,
12 The frontier wil then fol ow the Jordan and end at the Salt Sea. "Such wil be your country with theboundaries surrounding it." '	12 majd húzódjon le a Jordánhoz, s végül a Sós-tengernél fejeződjék be. Ez legyen földetek, határai szerint, körös-körül.«
13 Moses then gave the Israelites this order: 'This is the country, where your heritages wil be assignedby lot, and which Yahweh has ordered to be given to the nine tribes and the half-tribe,	13 Megparancsolta tehát Mózes Izrael fiainak: »Ez és ez az a föld, amelyet majd sors által birtokul kaptok, s amely felől azt parancsolta az Úr, hogy a kilenc törzsnek és a fél törzsnek kell adni,
14 for the tribe of the Reubenites with their families and the tribe of the Gadites with their families havealready received their heritage; the half-tribe of Manasseh has also received its heritage.	14 mert Rúben fiainak törzse nagycsaládjai szerint, meg Gád fiainak törzse nagycsaládjainak száma szerint, meg Manassze fél törzse,
15 These two tribes and the half-tribe have received their heritage on the other side of the Jordan byJericho, to the east, towards the sunrise.'	15 vagyis két és fél törzs már megkapta a részét a Jordánon túl, Jerikóval szemben, kelet felé.«
16 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	16 Azt mondta továbbá az Úr Mózesnek:
17 'Here are the names of the men who wil divide the country up for you: the priest Eleazar andJoshua son of Nun,	17 »A következő a neve azoknak a férfiaknak, akik el fogják osztani azt a földet közöttetek: Eleazár, a pap és Józsue, Nún fia,
18 and you wil take one leader from each tribe to divide the country up into heritages.	18 továbbá minden törzsből egy-egy fejedelem,
19 Here are the names of these men: 'For the tribe of Judah, Caleb son of Jephunneh;	19 név szerint: Júda törzséből: Káleb, Jefóne fia;
20 'for the tribe of the Simeonites, Shemuel son of Ammihud;	20 Simeon törzséből: Sámuel, Ammiúd fia;
21 'for the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad son of Chislon;	21 Benjamin törzséből: Elidád, Kászelon fia;
22 'for the tribe of the Danites, the leader Bukki son of Jogli;	22 Dán fiainak törzséből: Bokki, Jogli fia;
23 'for the sons of Joseph: for the tribe of Manasseh, the leader Hanniel son of Ephod;	23 József fiai közül: Manassze törzséből: Hanniél, Efód fia;
24 'for the tribe of the Ephraimites, the leader Kemuel son of Shiphtan;	24 Efraim törzséből: Kámuel, Seftán fia;
25 'for the tribe of the Zebulunites, the leader Elizaphan son of Parnach;	25 Zebulon törzséből: Eliszafán, Fárnák fia;
26 'for the tribe of the Issacharites, the leader Paltiel son of Azzan;	26 Isszakár törzséből: Fáltiel fejedelem, Ozán fia;
27 'for the tribe of the Asherites, the leader Ahihud son of Shelomi;	27 Áser törzséből: Áhiud, Salómi fia;
28 'for the tribe of the Naphtalites, the leader Pedahel son of Ammihud.'	28 Naftali törzséből: Fedaél, Ammiúd fia.«
29 These were the men whom Yahweh ordered to divide Canaan into heritages for the Israelites.	29 Ezek azok, akiknek megparancsolta az Úr, hogy osszák fel Izrael fiai között Kánaán földjét.
