1 Come, let us cry out with joy to Yahweh, acclaim the rock of our salvation.	1 Cantico dello stesso Davidde. Cantate al Signore un nuovo cantico: terra tutta canta il Signore.
2 Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving, acclaim him with music.	2 Cantate il Signore, e benedite il nome di lui, annunziate ogni giorno la salute recata da lui.
3 For Yahweh is a great God, a king greater than al the gods.	3 Annunziate la gloria di lui tralle genti, e le sue meraviglie a tutti i popoli.
4 In his power are the depths of the earth, the peaks of the mountains are his;	4 Imperocché il Signore è grande, grandemente laudabile: egli è terribile sopra tutti gli dei:
5 the sea belongs to him, for he made it, and the dry land, moulded by his hands.	5 Imperocché tutti gli dei delle genti sono demonj: ma il Signore ha creati i cielo.
6 Come, let us bow low and do reverence; kneel before Yahweh who made us!	6 La gloria, e lo splendore sono intorno a lui: la santità, e la magnificenza nel suo santuario.
7 For he is our God, and we the people of his sheepfold, the flock of his hand. If only you would listen tohim today!	7 Presentate al Signore, voi famiglie delle nazioni, presentate al Signore gloria, ed onore: presentate al Signore gloria qual conviensi al suo nome.
8 Do not harden your hearts as at Meribah, as at the time of Massah in the desert,	8 Prendete le ostie, ed entrate nell'atrio di lui: adorate il Signore nel santo atrio di lui.
9 when your ancestors chal enged me, put me to the test, and saw what I could do!	9 Dinanzi a lui stia in timore, e tremore tutta quanta la terra: dite tralle nazioni: Il Signore ha preso possesso del regno.
10 For forty years that generation sickened me, and I said, 'Always fickle hearts; they cannot grasp myways.'	10 Imperocché egli ha emendata la terra, la quale non sarà smossa: egli giudicherà i popoli con equità.
11 Then in my anger I swore they would never enter my place of rest.	11 Rallegrimi i cieli, ed esulti la terra: il mare sia in movimento con tutte le cose ond'egli è ripieno: tripudieranno le campagne, e tutto quello, che in esse si trova.
	12 Allora esulteranno tutti gli alberi delle selve dinanzi al Signore, perché è venuto, perché venuto egli è a governare la terra.
	13 Governerà la terra con equità; governerà i popoli secondo la sua verità.
