NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 [Psalm Song For the Sabbath] It is good to give thanks to Yahweh, to make music for your name, MostHigh,	1 Salmo. Canto. Para el día sábado.
2 to proclaim your faithful love at daybreak, and your constancy al through the night,	2 Es bueno dar gracias al Señor, y cantar, Dios Altísimo, a tu Nombre;
3 on the lyre, the ten-stringed lyre, to the murmur of the harp.	3 proclamar tu amor de madrugada, y tu fidelidad en las vigilias de la noche,
4 You have brought me joy, Yahweh, by your deeds, at the work of your hands I cry out,	4 con el arpa de diez cuerdas y la lira, con música de cítara.
5 'How great are your works, Yahweh, immensely deep your thoughts!'	5 Tú me alegras, Señor, con tus acciones, cantaré jubiloso por la obra de tus manos.
6 Stupid people cannot realise this, fools do not grasp it.	6 ¡Qué grandes son tus obras, Señor, qué profundos tus designios!
7 The wicked may sprout like weeds, and every evil-doer flourish, but only to be eternally destroyed;	7 El hombre insensato no conoce y el necio no entiende estas cosas.
8 whereas you are supreme for ever, Yahweh.	8 Si los impíos crecen como la hierba y florecen los que hacen el mal, es para ser destruidos eternamente:
9 Look how your enemies perish, how all evil-doers are scattered!	9 tú, en cambio, eres el Excelso para siempre.
10 You give me the strength of the wild ox, you anoint me with fresh oil;	10 Mira, Señor, cómo perecen tus enemigos y se dispersan los que hacen el mal.
11 I caught sight of the ambush against me, overheard the plans of the wicked.	11 Pero a mí me das la fuerza de un toro salvaje y me unges con óleo purísimo.
12 The upright wil flourish like the palm tree, will grow like a cedar of Lebanon.	12 Mis ojos han desafiado a mis calumniadores, mis oídos han escuchado la derrota de los malvados.
13 Planted in the house of Yahweh, they wil flourish in the courts of our God.	13 El justo florecerá como la palmera, crecerá como los cedros del Líbano:
14 In old age they wil stil bear fruit, wil remain fresh and green,	14 trasplantado en la Casa del Señor, florecerá en los atrios de nuestro Dios.
15 to proclaim Yahweh's integrity; my rock, in whom no fault can be found.	15 En la vejez seguirá dando frutos, se mantendrá fresco y frondoso,
	16 para proclamar qué justo es el Señor, mi Roca, en quien no existe la maldad.
