1 [Psalm Song For the Sabbath] It is good to give thanks to Yahweh, to make music for your name, MostHigh,	1 Salmo. Cántico. Para el día de sábado.
2 to proclaim your faithful love at daybreak, and your constancy al through the night,	2 Bueno es dar gracias a Yahveh, y salmodiar a tu nombre, Altísimo,
3 on the lyre, the ten-stringed lyre, to the murmur of the harp.	3 publicar tu amor por la mañana, y tu lealtad por las noches,
4 You have brought me joy, Yahweh, by your deeds, at the work of your hands I cry out,	4 al son del arpa de diez cuerdas y la lira, con un susurro de cítara.
5 'How great are your works, Yahweh, immensely deep your thoughts!'	5 Pues con tus hechos, Yahveh, me regocijas, ante las obras de tus manos grito:
6 Stupid people cannot realise this, fools do not grasp it.	6 «¡Qué grandes son tus obras, Yahveh, qué hondos tus pensamientos!»
7 The wicked may sprout like weeds, and every evil-doer flourish, but only to be eternally destroyed;	7 El hombre estúpido no entiende, el insensato no comprende estas cosas.
8 whereas you are supreme for ever, Yahweh.	8 Si brotan como hierba los impíos, si florecen todos los agentes de mal, es para ser destruidos por siempre;
9 Look how your enemies perish, how all evil-doers are scattered!	9 mas tú, Yahveh, eres excelso por los siglos.
10 You give me the strength of the wild ox, you anoint me with fresh oil;	10 Mira cómo tus enemigos perecen, se dispersan todos los agentes de mal.
11 I caught sight of the ambush against me, overheard the plans of the wicked.	11 Pero tú alzas mi frente como la del búfalo, derramas sobre mí aceite nuevo;
12 The upright wil flourish like the palm tree, will grow like a cedar of Lebanon.	12 mi ojo desafía a los que me acechaban, mi oído escucha a los malvados.
13 Planted in the house of Yahweh, they wil flourish in the courts of our God.	13 Florece el justo como la palmera, crece como un cedro del Líbano.
14 In old age they wil stil bear fruit, wil remain fresh and green,	14 Plantados en la Casa de Yahveh, dan flores en los atrios del Dios nuestro.
15 to proclaim Yahweh's integrity; my rock, in whom no fault can be found.	15 Todavía en la vejez producen fruto, se mantienen frescos y lozanos,
	16 para anunciar lo recto que es Yahveh: mi Roca, no hay falsedad en él.
