2 I rejoice and delight in you, I sing to your name, Most High.	2 Uram, teljes szívemből dicsérlek, hirdetem minden csodatettedet.
3 My enemies are in retreat, they stumble and perish at your presence,	3 Örvendezem és ujjongok benned, zsoltárral dicsőítem, ó Fölséges, nevedet!
4 for you have given fair judgement in my favour, seated on your throne as upright judge.	4 Mert ellenségeim meghátráltak, színed előtt meginogtak s elpusztultak.
5 You have rebuked the nations, destroyed the wicked, blotted out their name for ever and ever;	5 Mert fölkaroltad peremet és ügyemet, aki igazságosan ítélsz, trónodra ültél.
6 the enemy is wiped out -- mere ruins for ever -- you have annihilated their cities, their memory hasperished. See,	6 Megdorgáltad a nemzeteket, elpusztítottad az istentelent, nevüket eltörölted mindörökre.
7 Yahweh is enthroned for ever, keeping his throne firm for judgement;	7 Ellenségeim csatát vesztettek, eltűntek, romba döntötted városaikat, velük együtt tűnt el emlékük is.
8 he wil himself judge the world in uprightness, wil give a true verdict on the nations.	8 Íme az Úr mindörökké trónol, ítéletre készen tartja trónusát.
9 May Yahweh be a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble!	9 Megítéli igazsággal a föld kerekségét, méltányosan ítéli meg a népeket.
10 Those who revere your name can rely on you, you never desert those who seek you, Yahweh.	10 Az Úr lesz az elnyomott menedéke, szorongatásai között alkalmas időben segítője.
11 Sing to Yahweh who dwel s in Zion, tel the nations his mighty deeds,	11 Bízzanak is benned, akik megismerték neved, mert a téged keresőket nem hagyod el, Uram.
12 for the avenger of blood does not forget them, he does not ignore the cry of the afflicted.	12 Zengjetek az Úrnak, aki a Sionon lakik, tetteit hirdessétek a nemzetek között.

15 The nations have fal en into the trap they made, their feet caught in the snare they laid.	15 hogy hirdessem teljes dicséretedet, Sion leányának kapuiban ujjongjak szabadításodon.
16 Yahweh has made himself known, given judgement, he has ensnared the wicked in the work of theirown hands.Muted music Pause	16 A nemzetek beestek a maguk ásta verembe, a tőrben, amelyet elrejtettek, saját lábuk akadt meg.
17 May the wicked turn away to Sheol, al the nations forgetful of God.	17 Megnyilatkozott az Úr, ítéletet tartott, saját keze művein fennakadt a gonosz.
18 For the needy is not forgotten for ever, not for ever does the hope of the poor come to nothing.	18 Az alvilágba térnek a vétkesek, minden nemzet, amely megfeledkezett Istenről!
19 Arise, Yahweh; human strength shal not prevail. The nations shal stand trial before you.	19 Mert nem marad örökre elfeledve a szegény, nem vész el végleg a szegények reménye.
20 Strike them with terror, Yahweh; the nations shall know that they are no more than human!Pause	20 Kelj fel, Uram! Ember ne legyen elbizakodott, színed előtt ítéletre kerüljenek a nemzetek.
	21 Bocsáss rájuk, Uram, rettegést, hadd tudják meg a nemzetek, hogy csak emberek!
