2 For Yahweh, the Most High, is glorious, the great king over al the earth.	2 Popoli tutti battete le mani, tripudiate a Dio con grida festose!
3 He brings peoples under our yoke and nations under our feet.	3 Poiché Jahvè l’Altissimo è tremendo, ré grande su tutta la terra.
4 He chooses for us our birthright, the pride of Jacob whom he loves.Pause	4 Soggioga i popoli sotto di noi, le nazioni sotto i nostri piedi.
5 God goes up to shouts of acclaim, Yahweh to a fanfare on the ram's horn.	5 Sceglie per noi la nostra eredità, il vanto di Giacobbe che predilesse.
6 Let the music sound for our God, let it sound, let the music sound for our king, let it sound.	6 Ascende Dio in clamore, Jahvè tra squilli di corni:
7 For he is king of the whole world; learn the music, let it sound for God!	7 inneggiate a Dio, inneggiate; inneggiate al nostro re, inneggiate!
8 God reigns over the nations, seated on his holy throne.	8 Perché è re su tutta la terra inneggiate a Dio con arte!
9 The leaders of the nations ral y to the people of the God of Abraham. The shields of the earth belongto God, who is exalted on high.	9 Dio si è fatto re sulle nazioni, Dio si è seduto sul suo trono santo.
	10 I principi dei popoli si sono raccolti con il popolo del Dio di Abramo. Poiché di Dio sono gli scudieri della terra, molto si è esaltato!
