1 [For the choirmaster Of the sons of Korah Psalm] Clap your hands, all peoples, acclaim God withshouts of joy.	1 Magistro chori. Filiorum Core. Psalmus.
2 For Yahweh, the Most High, is glorious, the great king over al the earth.	2 Omnes gentes, plaudite manibus, iubilate Deo in voce exsultationis,
3 He brings peoples under our yoke and nations under our feet.	3 quoniam Dominus Altissimus, terribilis, rex magnus super omnem terram.
4 He chooses for us our birthright, the pride of Jacob whom he loves.Pause	4 Subiecit populos nobis et gentes sub pedibus nostris.
5 God goes up to shouts of acclaim, Yahweh to a fanfare on the ram's horn.	5 Elegit nobis hereditatem nostram, gloriam Iacob, quem dilexit.
6 Let the music sound for our God, let it sound, let the music sound for our king, let it sound.	6 Ascendit Deus in iubilo, et Dominus in voce tubae.
7 For he is king of the whole world; learn the music, let it sound for God!	7 Psallite Deo, psallite; psallite regi nostro, psallite.
8 God reigns over the nations, seated on his holy throne.	8 Quoniam rex omnis terrae Deus, psallite sapienter.
9 The leaders of the nations ral y to the people of the God of Abraham. The shields of the earth belongto God, who is exalted on high.	9 Regnavit Deus super gentes, Deus sedet super sedem sanctam suam.
	10 Principes populorum congregati sunt cum populo Dei Abraham, quoniam Dei sunt scuta terrae: vehementer elevatus est.
