2 Children of men, how long will you be heavy of heart, why love what is vain and chase afteril usions?Pause	2 בני איש עד מה כבודי לכלמה תאהבון ריק תבקשו כזב סלה
3 Realise that Yahweh performs wonders for his faithful, Yahweh listens when I call to him.	3 ודעו כי הפלה יהוה חסיד לו יהוה ישמע בקראי אליו
4 Be careful not to sin, speak in your hearts, and on your beds keep silence.Pause	4 רגזו ואל תחטאו אמרו בלבבכם על משכבכם ודמו סלה
5 Loyally offer sacrifices, and trust in Yahweh.	5 זבחו זבחי צדק ובטחו אל יהוה
6 Many keep saying, 'Who wil put happiness before our eyes?' Let the light of your face shine on us.Yahweh,	6 רבים אמרים מי יראנו טוב נסה עלינו אור פניך יהוה
7 to my heart you are a richer joy than al their corn and new wine.	7 נתתה שמחה בלבי מעת דגנם ותירושם רבו
8 In peace I lie down and at once fall asleep, for it is you and none other, Yahweh, who make me restsecure.	8 בשלום יחדו אשכבה ואישן כי אתה יהוה לבדד לבטח תושיבני
