2 Children of men, how long will you be heavy of heart, why love what is vain and chase afteril usions?Pause	2 Appena lo invoco, mi esaudisce il Dio della mia giustizia: nelle strettezze mi apri una larga strada. Abbi pietà di me ed esaudisci la mia preghiera.
3 Realise that Yahweh performs wonders for his faithful, Yahweh listens when I call to him.	3 Figlioli degli uomini, fino a quando sarete duri di cuore? Perchè amate la vanità e andate dietro alla menzogna?
4 Be careful not to sin, speak in your hearts, and on your beds keep silence.Pause	4 Or sappiate che il Signore ha glorificato il suo Santo, che il Signore m'esaudisce quando innalzo a lui la mia voce.
5 Loyally offer sacrifices, and trust in Yahweh.	5 Adiratevi pure; ma non vogliate peccare; di quello che dite nei vostri cuori pentitevene nei vostri letti.
6 Many keep saying, 'Who wil put happiness before our eyes?' Let the light of your face shine on us.Yahweh,	6 Offrite sacrifizio di giustizia e confidate nel Signore. Molti dicono: « Chi ci farà vedere il bene? »
7 to my heart you are a richer joy than al their corn and new wine.	7 Brilla sopra di noi la luce del tuo volto, o Signore, tu m'hai infusa la letizia nel cuore.
8 In peace I lie down and at once fall asleep, for it is you and none other, Yahweh, who make me restsecure.	8 E supera quella di chi ha avuto il frumento, il vino e l'olio in abbondanza.
	9 Io mi coricherò in pace e subito mi addormenterò,
	10 Perchè tu, o Signore, mi hai in particolare stabilito nella speranza.
