1 [Hymn of Praise Of David] I shal praise you to the heights, God my King, I shal bless your name forever and ever.	1 Lode. Di David. Ti esalto, Dio mio, o re, e voglio benedire il tuo nome in eterno e sempre.
2 Day after day I shal bless you, I shal praise your name for ever and ever.	2 Ti voglio benedire da mane a sera e lodare il tuo nome in eterno e sempre.
3 Great is Yahweh and worthy of al praise, his greatness beyond al reckoning.	3 Grande è Jahvè e assai lodevole e la sua grandezza è insondabile.
4 Each age will praise your deeds to the next, proclaiming your mighty works.	4 Generazione a generazione glorifica le tue opere e annunciano le tue gesta.
5 Your renown is the splendour of your glory, I wil ponder the story of your wonders.	5 Dichiarano lo splendore glorioso della tua maestà e io vaglio meditare le tue meraviglie.
6 They will speak of your awesome power, and I shal recount your greatness.	6 E affermano la potenza delle tue azioni tremende e voglio narrare i tuoi fatti grandiosi.
7 They will bring out the memory of your great generosity, and joyfully acclaim your saving justice.	7 Proclamano la memoria della tua grande bontà e cantano la tua giustizia.
8 Yahweh is tenderness and pity, slow to anger, ful of faithful love.	8 Pietoso e misericorde è Jahvè, tardo all’ira e grande di grazia.
9 Yahweh is generous to al , his tenderness embraces all his creatures.	9 Buono è Jahvè per tutti e le sue misericordie sovrastano tutte le sue opere.
10 Al your creatures shall thank you, Yahweh, and your faithful shall bless you.	10 Ti lodano, o Jahvè, tutte le tue creature e i tuoi fedeli ti benedicono.
11 They shal speak of the glory of your kingship and tell of your might,	11 Affermano la gloria del tuo regno e dichiarano le tue gesta.
12 making known your mighty deeds to the children of Adam, the glory and majesty of your kingship.	12 Per annunciare ai figli degli uomini le tue gesta e la gloria maestosa del tuo regno.
13 Your kingship is a kingship for ever, your reign lasts from age to age. Yahweh is trustworthy in allhis words, and upright in al his deeds.	13 Il tuo regno è un regno di tutti i secoli e il tuo dominio va di generazione in generazione. Fedele è Jahvè in tutti i suoi detti e santo in tutte le sue opere.
14 Yahweh supports al who stumble, lifts up those who are bowed down.	14 Jahvè sorregge tutti coloro che cadono, raddrizza tutti i ricurvi.
15 Al look to you in hope and you feed them with the food of the season.	15 Gli occhi di tutti sperano in te e tu somministri il loro cibo a suo tempo.
16 And, with generous hand, you satisfy the desires of every living creature.	16 Apri la tua mano e sazi ogni vivente a piacere.
17 Upright in al that he does, Yahweh acts only in faithful love.	17 Giusto è Jahvè in tutte le sue vie e pio in tutte le sue opere.
18 He is close to al who cal upon him, all who call on him from the heart.	18 Jahvè è vicino a tutti coloro che lo invocano, a quanti lo invocano con sincerità.
19 He fulfils the desires of al who fear him, he hears their cry and he saves them.	19 Fa il volere di coloro che lo temono e ascolta il loro grido e li salva.
20 Yahweh guards all who love him, but al the wicked he destroys.	20 Custodisce Jahvè tutti coloro che lo amano e distrugge tutti gli empi.
21 My mouth shall always praise Yahweh, let every creature bless his holy name for ever and ever.	21 La lode di Jahvè spande la mia bocca e benedica ogni carne il suo santo nome in eterno e sempre.
