Psalms 145

NEW JERUSALEM	STUTTGARTENSIA-DELITZSCH
1 [Hymn of Praise Of David] I shal praise you to the heights, God my King, I shal bless your name forever and ever.	1 תְּהִלָּה לְדָוִד אֲרֹומִמְךָ אֱלֹוהַי הַמֶּלֶךְ וַאֲבָרֲכָה מְךָ לְעֹולָם וָעֶד
2 Day after day I shal bless you, I shal praise your name for ever and ever.	2 בְּכָל־יֹום אֲבָרֲכֶךָּ וַאֲהַלְלָה מְךָ לְעֹולָם וָעֶד
3 Great is Yahweh and worthy of al praise, his greatness beyond al reckoning.	3 גָּדֹול יְהוָה וּמְהֻלָּל מְאֹד וְלִגְדֻלָּתֹו אֵין חֵקֶר
4 Each age will praise your deeds to the next, proclaiming your mighty works.	4 דֹּור לְדֹור יְשַׁבַּח מַעֲשֶׂיךָ וּגְבוּרֹתֶיךָ יַגִּידוּ
5 Your renown is the splendour of your glory, I wil ponder the story of your wonders.	5 הֲדַר כְּבֹוד הֹודֶךָ וְדִבְרֵי נִפְלְאֹותֶיךָ אָשִׂיחָה
6 They will speak of your awesome power, and I shal recount your greatness.	6 וֶעֱזוּז נֹורְאֹתֶיךָ יֹאמֵרוּ [וּגְדוּלֹּתֶיךָ כ] (וּגְדוּלָּתְךָ ק) אֲסַפְּרֶנָּה
7 They will bring out the memory of your great generosity, and joyfully acclaim your saving justice.	7 זֵכֶר רַב־טוּבְךָ יַבִּיעוּ וְצִדְקָתְךָ יְרַנֵּנוּ
8 Yahweh is tenderness and pity, slow to anger, ful of faithful love.	8 חַנּוּן וְרַחוּם יְהוָה אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וּגְדָל־חָסֶד
9 Yahweh is generous to al , his tenderness embraces all his creatures.	9 טֹוב־יְהוָה לַכֹּל וְרַחֲמָיו עַל־כָּל־מַעֲשָׂיו
10 Al your creatures shall thank you, Yahweh, and your faithful shall bless you.	10 יֹודוּךָ יְהוָה כָּל־מַעֲשֶׂיךָ וַחֲסִידֶיךָ יְבָרֲכוּכָה
11 They shal speak of the glory of your kingship and tell of your might,	11 כְּבֹוד מַלְכוּתְךָ יֹאמֵרוּ וּגְבוּרָתְךָ יְדַבֵּרוּ
12 making known your mighty deeds to the children of Adam, the glory and majesty of your kingship.	12 לְהֹודִיעַ ׀ לִבְנֵי הָאָדָם גְּבוּרֹתָיו וּכְבֹוד הֲדַר מַלְכוּתֹו
13 Your kingship is a kingship for ever, your reign lasts from age to age. Yahweh is trustworthy in allhis words, and upright in al his deeds.	13 מַלְכוּתְךָ מַלְכוּת כָּל־עֹלָמִים וּמֶמְשֶׁלְתְּךָ בְּכָל־דֹּור וָדֹור
14 Yahweh supports al who stumble, lifts up those who are bowed down.	14 סֹומֵךְ יְהוָה לְכָל־הַנֹּפְלִים וְזֹוקֵף לְכָל־הַכְּפוּפִים
15 Al look to you in hope and you feed them with the food of the season.	15 עֵינֵי־כֹל אֵלֶיךָ יְשַׂבֵּרוּ וְאַתָּה נֹותֵן־לָהֶם אֶת־אָכְלָם בְּעִתֹּו
16 And, with generous hand, you satisfy the desires of every living creature.	16 פֹּותֵחַ אֶת־יָדֶךָ וּמַשְׂבִּיעַ לְכָל־חַי רָצֹון
17 Upright in al that he does, Yahweh acts only in faithful love.	17 צַדִּיק יְהוָה בְּכָל־דְּרָכָיו וְחָסִיד בְּכָל־מַעֲשָׂיו
18 He is close to al who cal upon him, all who call on him from the heart.	18 קָרֹוב יְהוָה לְכָל־קֹרְאָיו לְכֹל אֲשֶׁר יִקְרָאֻהוּ בֶאֱמֶת
19 He fulfils the desires of al who fear him, he hears their cry and he saves them.	19 רְצֹון־יְרֵאָיו יַעֲשֶׂה וְאֶת־שַׁוְעָתָם יִשְׁמַע וְיֹושִׁיעֵם
20 Yahweh guards all who love him, but al the wicked he destroys.	20 שֹׁומֵר יְהוָה אֶת־כָּל־אֹהֲבָיו וְאֵת כָּל־הָרְשָׁעִים יַשְׁמִיד
21 My mouth shall always praise Yahweh, let every creature bless his holy name for ever and ever.	21 תְּהִלַּת יְהוָה יְדַבֶּר־פִּי וִיבָרֵךְ כָּל־בָּשָׂר שֵׁם קָדְשֹׁו לְעֹולָם וָעֶד
