NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 [Song of Ascents Of David] I rejoiced that they said to me, 'Let us go to the house of Yahweh.'	1 Canción de las subidas. De David. ¡Oh, qué alegría cuando me dijeron: Vamos a la Casa de Yahveh!
2 At last our feet are standing at your gates, Jerusalem!	2 ¡Ya estamos, ya se posan nuestros pies en tus puertas, Jerusalén!
3 Jerusalem, built as a city, in one united whole,	3 Jerusalén, construida cual ciudad de compacta armonía,
4 there the tribes go up, the tribes of Yahweh, a sign for Israel to give thanks to the name of Yahweh.	4 a donde suben las tribus, las tribus de Yahveh, es para Israel el motivo de dar gracias al nombre de Yahveh.
5 For there are set the thrones of judgement, the thrones of the house of David.	5 Porque allí están los tronos para el juicio, los tronos de la casa de David.
6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, prosperity for your homes!	6 Pedid la paz para Jerusalén: ¡en calma estén tus tiendas,
7 Peace within your wal s, prosperity in your palaces!	7 haya paz en tus muros, en tus palacios calma!
8 For love of my brothers and my friends I wil say, 'Peace upon you!'	8 Por amor de mis hermanos y de mis amigos, quiero decir: ¡La paz contigo!
9 For love of the house of Yahweh our God I wil pray for your wel -being.	9 ¡Por amor de la Casa de Yahveh nuestro Dios, ruego por tu ventura.
