BIBLIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Besalel hizo el arca de madera de acacia, de dos codos y medio de largo, codo y medio de ancho, y codo y medio de alto.	1 Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide and oneand a half cubits high.
2 La revistió de oro puro, por dentro y por fuera, y además puso en su derredor una moldura de oro.	2 He overlaid it, inside and out, with pure gold, and made a gold moulding al round it.
3 Fundió cuatro anillas de oro para sus cuatro pies, dos anillas a un costado y dos anillas al otro.	3 He cast four gold rings for it at its four supports: two rings on one side and two rings on the other.
4 Hizo también varales de madera de acacia, que revistió de oro;	4 He also made shafts of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold,
5 pasó los varales por las anillas de los costados del arca, para transportarla.	5 and passed the shafts through the rings on the sides of the ark, by which to carry it.
6 Después hizo un propiciatorio de oro puro, de dos codos y medio de largo, y de codo y medio de ancho.	6 He also made a mercy-seat of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half cubits wide,
7 Hizo igualmente dos querubines de oro macizo; los hizo en los dos extremos del propiciatorio;	7 and model ed two great winged creatures of beaten gold, putting them at the two ends of the mercy-seat,
8 el primer querubín en un extremo y el segundo en el otro; hizo los querubines formando un cuerpo con el propiciatorio en sus dos extremos.	8 one winged creature at one end and the other winged creature at the other end, making the wingedcreatures of a piece with the mercy-seat at either end.
9 Estaban los querubines con las alas extendidas por encima, cubriendo con ellas el propiciatorio, uno frente al otro, con las caras vueltas hacia el propiciatorio.	9 The winged creatures had their wings spread upwards, protecting the ark with their wings and facingeach other, their faces being towards the mercy-seat.
10 Hizo, además, la mesa de madera de acacia, de dos codos de largo, un codo de ancho y codo y medio de alto.	10 He made the table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide and one and a half cubits high,
11 La revistió de oro puro y le puso alrededor una moldura de oro.	11 and made a gold moulding all round it.
12 Hizo además, en torno de ella, un reborde de una palma de ancho, con una moldura de oro alrededor del mismo.	12 He fitted it with struts a hand's breadth wide and made a gold moulding round the struts.
13 Le hizo cuatro anillas de oro y puso las anillas en los cuatro ángulos, correspondientes a sus cuatro pies.	13 He cast four gold rings for it and fixed the rings at the four corners where the four legs were.
14 Junto al reborde se hallaban las anillas para pasar por ellas los varales y transportar la mesa.	14 The rings lay close to the struts to hold the shafts for carrying the table.
15 Hizo los varales de madera de acacia y los revistió de oro.	15 He made the shafts of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold; these were for carrying the table.
16 Asimismo hizo de oro puro los utensilios que habían de estar sobre la mesa; sus fuentes, sus vasos, sus tazas y sus jarros con los que se hacían las libaciones.	16 He made the accessories which were to go on the table: its dishes, cups, jars and libation bowls, ofpure gold.
17 Hizo el candelabro de oro puro. Hizo el candelabro de oro macizo, su pie y su tallo. Sus cálices - corolas y flores - formaban con él un cuerpo.	17 He also made the lamp-stand of pure gold, making the lamp-stand, base and stem, of beaten gold,its cups, calyxes and bud being of a piece with it.
18 De sus lados salían seis brazos: tres brazos de un lado, y tres brazos de otro.	18 Six branches sprang from its sides: three of the lamp-stand's branches from one side, three of thelamp-stand's branches from the other.
19 El primer brazo tenía tres cálices en forma de flor de almendro, con corola y flor; y así los seis brazos que salían del candelabro.	19 The first branch carried three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud; thesecond branch, too, carried three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud, and similarlyal six branches springing from the lamp-stand.
20 En el mismo candelabro había cuatro cálices, en forma de flor de almendro, con sus corolas y flores;	20 The lamp-stand itself carried four cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud:
21 una corola debajo de los dos primeros brazos que formaban cuerpo con él, una corola debajo de los siguientes, y una corola debajo de los dos últimos brazos; así con los seis brazos que salían del mismo.	21 one calyx under the first two branches springing from the lamp-stand, one calyx under the next pairof branches and one calyx under the last pair of branches -- thus for al six branches springing from the lamp-stand.
22 Las corolas y los brazos formaban un cuerpo con el candelabro; todo ello formaba un cuerpo de oro puro macizo.	22 The calyxes and the branches were of a piece with the lamp-stand, and the whole was made from asingle piece of pure gold, beaten out.
23 Hizo también de oro puro sus siete lámparas, sus despabiladeras y sus ceniceros.	23 He also made its seven lamps, its snuffers and trays of pure gold.
24 Empleó un talento de oro puro para el candelabro y todos sus utensilios.	24 He made the lamp-stand and all its accessories from a talent of pure gold.
25 Hizo también de madera de acacia el altar del incienso, de un codo de largo y uno de ancho, cuadrado, y de dos codos de alto. Sus cuernos formaban un solo cuerpo con él.	25 He made the altar of incense of acacia wood, one cubit long, and one cubit wide -- it was square --and two cubits high, its horns were of a piece with it.
26 Lo revistió de oro puro, por su parte superior, sus costados y también sus cuernos. Puso en su derredor una moldura de oro.	26 He overlaid its top, its sides al round and its horns with pure gold and made a moulding to go alround.
27 Y debajo de la moldura, a los costados, hizo dos anillas a sus dos lados, para meter por ellas los varales con que transportarlo.	27 He made two gold rings for it below the moulding on its two opposite sides, to take the shafts usedfor carrying it.
28 Hizo los varales de madera de acacia y los revistió de oro.	28 He made the shafts of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold.
29 Preparó también el óleo sagrado de la unción, y el incienso aromático puro, como lo prepara el perfumista.	29 He also made the holy anointing oil and the fragrant incense, blending it as a perfumer would.
