1 [In a quiet voice Of David] Protect me, O God, in you is my refuge.	1 מכתם לדוד שמרני אל כי חסיתי בך
2 To Yahweh I say, 'You are my Lord, my happiness is in none	2 אמרת ליהוה אדני אתה טובתי בל עליך
3 of the sacred spirits of the earth.' They only take advantage of al who love them.	3 לקדושים אשר בארץ המה ואדירי כל חפצי בם
4 People flock to their teeming idols. Never shal I pour libations to them! Never take their names on mylips.	4 ירבו עצבותם אחר מהרו בל אסיך נסכיהם מדם ובל אשא את שמותם על שפתי
5 My birthright, my cup is Yahweh; you, you alone, hold my lot secure.	5 יהוה מנת חלקי וכוסי אתה תומיך גורלי
6 The measuring-line marks out for me a delightful place, my birthright is al I could wish.	6 חבלים נפלו לי בנעמים אף נחלת שפרה עלי
7 I bless Yahweh who is my counsel or, even at night my heart instructs me.	7 אברך את יהוה אשר יעצני אף לילות יסרוני כליותי
8 I keep Yahweh before me always, for with him at my right hand, nothing can shake me.	8 שויתי יהוה לנגדי תמיד כי מימיני בל אמוט
9 So my heart rejoices, my soul delights, my body too wil rest secure,	9 לכן שמח לבי ויגל כבודי אף בשרי ישכן לבטח
10 for you wil not abandon me to Sheol, you cannot al ow your faithful servant to see the abyss.	10 כי לא תעזב נפשי לשאול לא תתן חסידך לראות שחת
11 You wil teach me the path of life, unbounded joy in your presence, at your right hand delight for ever.	11 תודיעני ארח חיים שבע שמחות את פניך נעמות בימינך נצח
