NEW JERUSALEM	LA SACRA BIBBIA
1 Bildad of Shuah spoke next. He said:	1 Allora Bildad il suchita prese la parola e disse:
2 How much longer are you going to talk like this and go blustering on in this way?	2 "Fino a quando dirai simili cose, e un vento impetuoso saranno le parole della tua bocca?
3 Can God deflect the course of right or Shaddai falsify justice?	3 Può forse Dio far deviare il giudizio, e l'Onnipotente sconvolgere la giustizia?
4 If your sons sinned against him, he has punished them for their wrong-doing.	4 Se i tuoi figli hanno peccato contro di lui, egli li ha abbandonati alla loro iniquità.
5 You for your part, if you are pure and honest, must now seek God, plead with Shaddai.	5 Se tu ricercherai Dio, e implorerai l'Onnipotente,
6 Forthwith his light wil shine on you and he wil restore an upright man's house to prosperity.	6 se sei onesto e retto, certamente fin d'ora veglierà su di te e ti ristabilirà nella tua giustizia.
7 Your former state wil seem as nothing to you, so great wil your future be.	7 La tua primitiva condizione sarà poca cosa accanto al tuo magnifico futuro.
8 Question the generation that has passed, meditate on the experience of its ancestors-	8 Interroga, di grazia, le generazioni passate e rifletti sull'esperienza dei loro padri;
9 for we children of yesterday, we know nothing, our life on earth passes like a shadow-	9 noi infatti siamo di ieri e non sappiamo nulla, poiché i nostri giorni sulla terra sono come un'ombra.
10 but they wil teach you, they will tel you, and their thought is expressed in these sayings,	10 Ma essi ti istruiranno, ti informeranno traendo le parole dal loro cuore.
