¹ O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.	¹ Salmo de David. En memoria.
² For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore.	² Señor, no me reprendas por tu enojo ni me castigues por tu indignación.
³ There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.	³ Porque me han traspasado tus flechas y tu brazo se descargó sobre mí:
⁴ For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.	⁴ no hay parte sana en mi carne, a causa de tu furor. No hay nada intacto en mis huesos, a causa de mis pecados;
⁵ My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.	⁵ me siento ahogado por mis culpas: son como un peso que supera mis fuerzas.
⁶ I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.	⁶ Mis heridas hieden y supuran, a causa de mi insensatez;
⁷ For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh.	⁷ estoy agobiado, decaído hasta el extremo, y ando triste todo el día.
⁸ I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.	⁸ Siento un ardor en mis entrañas, y no hay parte sana en mi carne;
⁹ Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.	⁹ estoy agotado, deshecho totalmente, y rujo con más fuerza que un león.
¹⁰ My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me.	¹⁰ Tú, Señor, conoces todos mis deseos, y no se te ocultan mis gemidos:
¹¹ My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off.	¹¹ mi corazón palpita, se me acaban las fuerzas y me falta hasta la luz de mis ojos.
¹² They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long.	¹² Mis amigos y vecinos se apartan de mis llagas, mis parientes se mantienen a distancia;
¹³ But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.	¹³ los que atentan contra mí me tienden lazos, y los que buscan mi ruina me amenazan de muerte; todo el día proyectan engaños.
¹⁴ Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs.	¹⁴ Pero yo, como un sordo, no escucho; como un mudo, no abro la boca:
¹⁵ For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.	¹⁵ me parezco a uno que no oye y no tiene nada que replicar.
¹⁶ For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.	¹⁶ Yo espero en ti, Señor: tú me responderás, Señor, Dios mío.
¹⁷ For I am ready to halt, and my sorrow is continually before me.	¹⁷ Sólo te pido que no se rían de mí, ni se aprovechen cuando tropiecen mis pies.
¹⁸ For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.	¹⁸ Porque estoy a punto de caer y el dolor no se aparta de mí:
¹⁹ But mine enemies are lively, and they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.	¹⁹ sí, yo confieso mi culpa y estoy lleno de pesar por mi pecado.
²⁰ They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is.	²⁰ Mi enemigos mortales son fuertes; y son muchos los que me odian sin motivo,
²¹ Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me.	²¹ los que me retribuyen con maldades y me atacan porque busco el bien.
²² Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.	²² Pero tú, Señor, no me abandones, Dios mío, no te quedes lejos de mí;
	²³ ¡apresúrate a venir en mi ayuda, mi Señor, mi salvador!
