1 Heureux l'homme qui ne suit pas le conseil des impies, ni dans la voie des égarés ne s'arrête, ni ausiège des rieurs ne s'assied,	1 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
2 mais se plaît dans la loi de Yahvé, mais murmure sa loi jour et nuit!	2 but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.
3 Il est comme un arbre planté auprès des cours d'eau; celui-là portera fruit en son temps et jamais sonfeuillage ne sèche; tout ce qu'il fait réussit:	3 He is like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.
4 rien de tel pour les impies, rien de tel! Mais ils sont comme la bale qu'emporte le vent.	4 The wicked are not so, but are like chaff which the wind drives away.
5 Ainsi, les impies ne tiendront pas au Jugement, ni les égarés, à l'assemblée des justes.	5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous;
6 Car Yahvé connaît la voie des justes, mais la voie des impies se perd.	6 for the LORD knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.
