Leviticus 23

NEW JERUSALEM	LA SACRA BIBBIA
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 Il Signore disse a Mosè:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: (The solemn festivals of Yahweh to which you wil summon them aremy sacred assemblies.) "These are my solemn festivals:	2 "Parla ai figli d'Israele e comunica loro: Ecco le feste del Signore che chiamerete convocazioni sacre: sono le mie feste.
3 "You wil work for six days, but the seventh wil be a day of complete rest, a day for the sacredassembly on which you do no work at al . Wherever you live, this is a Sabbath for Yahweh.	3 Per sei giorni lavorerai e nel giorno settimo sarà completo riposo e convocazione sacra; non farete alcun lavoro. Il sabato è per il Signore, dovunque voi abitiate.
4 "These are Yahweh's solemn festivals, the sacred assemblies to which you wil summon the Israeliteson the appointed day:	4 Queste sono le feste del Signore, che voi proclamerete nel tempo stabilito:
5 "The fourteenth day of the first month, at twilight, is the Passover of Yahweh;	5 nel primo mese, il quattordicesimo giorno del mese, fra i due crepuscoli, è la Pasqua del Signore.
6 and the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of Unleavened Bread for Yahweh. For seven daysyou wil eat unleavened bread.	6 Il quindicesimo giorno di questo stesso mese è la festa degli Azzimi per il Signore: per sette giorni mangerete azzimi.
7 On the first day you wil hold a sacred assembly; you wil do no heavy work.	7 Il primo giorno ci sarà per voi convocazione sacra; non farete alcuna opera servile.
8 For seven days you wil offer food burnt for Yahweh. On the seventh day there will be a sacredassembly; you wil do no heavy work." '	8 Offrirete l'oblazione al Signore per sette giorni; il giorno settimo ci sarà convocazione sacra, non farete alcuna opera servile".
9 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	9 Il Signore disse ancora a Mosè:
10 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you enter the country which I am giving you and reap theharvest there, you wil bring the priest the first sheaf of your harvest,	10 "Parla ai figli d'Israele e ordina loro: Quando verrete nella terra che vi do, farete il raccolto e porterete il covone, primizia del vostro raccolto, al sacerdote.
11 and he wil present it to Yahweh with the gesture of offering, for you to be acceptable. The priest willmake this offering on the day after the Sabbath,	11 Egli presenterà il covone davanti al Signore, affinché voi siate graditi; il sacerdote lo presenterà l'indomani del sabato.
12 and on the same day as you make this offering, you wil offer Yahweh an unblemished lamb one yearold as a burnt offering.	12 Nel giorno in cui presenterete il covone, immolerete un agnello senza difetto, nato nell'anno, come olocausto al Signore;
13 The cereal offering for that day will be two-tenths of wheaten flour mixed with oil, as food burnt as asmel pleasing to Yahweh. The libation wil be a quarter of a hin of wine.	13 l'offerta che l'accompagna sarà di due decimi di efa di fior di farina intrisa d'olio, dono per il Signore, profumo gradevole; la libazione di vino che l'accompagna sarà di un quarto di hin.
14 You wil eat no bread, roasted ears of wheat or fresh produce before this day, before making theoffering to your God. This is a perpetual law for al your descendants, wherever you live.	14 Non mangerete pane, grano arrostito o spighe fresche fino a questo stesso giorno, fino a che non abbiate portato l'offerta al vostro Dio. Legge eterna per tutte le vostre generazioni, ovunque voi abitiate!
15 "From the day after the Sabbath, the day on which you bring the sheaf of offering, you will countseven ful weeks.	15 Dal giorno dopo il sabato, a partire dal giorno in cui avrete portato il covone della presentazione, conterete sette settimane complete.
16 You wil count fifty days, to the day after the seventh Sabbath, and then you wil offer Yahweh a newcereal offering.	16 Fino all'indomani del settimo sabato conterete cinquanta giorni, e farete una nuova offerta al Signore:
17 You wil bring bread from your homes to present with the gesture of offering -- two loaves, made oftwo-tenths of wheaten flour baked with leaven; these are first-fruits for Yahweh.	17 dalle vostre case porterete due pani di presentazione, che siano del peso di due decimi di efa di fior di farina; cuoceteli con lievito, quali primizie per il Signore.
18 In addition to the bread, you wil offer seven unblemished lambs a year old, a young bul and tworams, as a burnt offering to Yahweh with a cereal offering and a libation, as food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	18 Offrirete con il pane sette agnelli senza difetto, di un anno, un giovenco e due montoni. Saranno un olocausto per il Signore. L'offerta e la libazione che li accompagna saranno dono dal profumo gradevole per il Signore.
19 You wil also offer a goat as a sacrifice for sin, and two lambs a year old as communion sacrifice.	19 Immolerete un capro come sacrificio espiatorio e due agnelli nati nell'anno per il sacrificio di comunione.
20 The priest wil present them before Yahweh with the gesture of offering, in addition to the bread of thefirst-fruits. These, and the two lambs, are holy things for Yahweh, and wil revert to the priest.	20 Il sacerdote li presenterà, con il pane delle primizie e due agnelli, davanti al Signore. Saranno sacri al Signore e apparterranno al sacerdote.
21 "On the same day, you will hold an assembly; for you this will be a sacred assembly; you wil do noheavy work. This is a perpetual law for your descendants, wherever you live.	21 In quello stesso giorno proclamerete una convocazione sacra e non fate alcuna opera servile. Legge eterna ovunque voi abitiate, per tutte le vostre generazioni!
22 "When you reap the harvest in your country, you wil not reap to the very edges of your field, nor wilyou gather the gleanings of the harvest. You wil leave them for the poor and the stranger. I am Yahweh yourGod." '	22 Quando farete la mietitura della vostra terra, non mieterai fino al limite del tuo campo e non spigolerai la spigolatura della tua mietitura. Le lascerai per il povero e per l'immigrato. Io sono il Signore Dio vostro".
23 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	23 Il Signore disse a Mosè:
24 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "The first day of the seventh month wil be a day of rest for you, ofremembrance and acclamation, a sacred assembly.	24 "Ordina ai figli d'Israele: Nel mese settimo, il primo del mese sarà per voi riposo completo, memoriale proclamato a suono di corno, convocazione sacra.
25 You wil do no heavy work and you will offer food burnt for Yahweh." '	25 Non farete nessuna opera servile e offrirete doni al Signore".
26 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	26 Il Signore disse ancora a Mosè:
27 'But the tenth day of this seventh month wil be the Day of Expiation. You wil hold a sacred assembly.You will fast and offer food burnt for Yahweh.	27 "Il dieci dello stesso settimo mese è il Giorno di espiazione; ci sarà per voi convocazione sacra; farete digiuno e offrirete l'offerta al Signore.
28 You wil do no work that day, for it is the Day of Expiation, on which the rite of expiation will beperformed for you before Yahweh your God.	28 Non farete in tal giorno alcun lavoro, perché è il giorno di espiazione, per espiare per voi alla presenza del Signore vostro Dio.
29 Anyone who fails to fast that day wil be outlawed from his people;	29 Chiunque non digiuni in tal giorno sarà eliminato di mezzo al suo popolo.
30 anyone who works that day I shal eliminate from his people.	30 Chiunque faccia un qualsiasi lavoro in tal giorno, io lo sterminerò di mezzo al suo popolo.
31 No work wil be done -- this is a perpetual law for your descendants wherever you live.	31 Non farete alcun lavoro; legge eterna per tutte le vostre generazioni, ovunque voi abitiate!
32 It must be a day of complete rest for you. You wil fast; on the evening of the ninth day of the month,from this evening till the fol owing evening, you wil rest completely.'	32 Sia riposo completo per voi e digiunate; il nove del mese, dalla sera alla sera seguente, osserverete un riposo completo".
33 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	33 Il Signore disse poi a Mosè:
34 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "On the fifteenth day of this seventh month there wil be the feast ofShelters for Yahweh, lasting for seven days.	34 "Parla ai figli d'Israele, riferisci loro: Il quindici dello stesso mese settimo è la festa delle Capanne; sette giorni dedicàti al Signore.
35 The first day wil be a day of sacred assembly; you wil do no heavy work.	35 Nel primo giorno ci sarà convocazione sacra, non farete alcuna opera servile;
36 For seven days you will offer food burnt for Yahweh. On the eighth day you wil hold a sacredassembly and you will offer food burnt for Yahweh. It is a day of solemn meeting; you wil do no heavy work.	36 per sette giorni offrirete i doni al Signore; nell'ottavo giorno ci sarà convocazione sacra e offrirete i doni al Signore. E' giorno di riunione; non farete alcuna opera servile.
37 "These are Yahweh's solemn festivals to which you wil summon the Israelites, the sacred assembliesfor the purpose of offering food burnt for Yahweh, consisting of burnt offerings, cereal offerings, sacrifices andlibations, each on its appropriate day,	37 Queste sono le feste del Signore nelle quali proclamerete convocazioni sacre, per offrire i doni al Signore: olocausti, offerte, sacrifici, libazioni, secondo il rituale di ciascun giorno,
38 besides Yahweh's Sabbaths, and your presents and al your votive and voluntary gifts that you maketo Yahweh.	38 oltre i sabati del Signore e oltre le vostre donazioni, le vostre offerte votive e le vostre offerte spontanee che offrirete al Signore.
39 "But on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the produce of the land,you wil celebrate the feast of Yahweh for seven days. The first and eighth days wil be days of rest.	39 Il quindici del settimo mese, quando raccogliete i prodotti della terra, festeggerete la festa del Signore per sette giorni: il primo giorno sarà riposo e così l'ottavo giorno.
40 On the first day you wil take choice fruit, palm branches, boughs of leafy trees and flowering shrubsfrom the river bank, and for seven days enjoy yourselves before Yahweh your God.	40 Il primo giorno prenderete i frutti migliori, rami di palma e fronde di alberi folti e di salici d'acqua e li porrete davanti al Signore vostro Dio per sette giorni.
41 You wil celebrate a feast for Yahweh in this way for seven days every year. This is a perpetual lawfor your descendants. "You wil keep this feast in the seventh month.	41 Celebrerete questa festa per il Signore per sette giorni, ogni anno: legge eterna per tutte le vostre generazioni. La festeggerete nel mese settimo.
42 For seven days you will live in shelters: al the citizens of Israel wil live in shelters,	42 Abiterete in capanne per sette giorni; ogni cittadino in Israele abiterà in capanne,
43 so that your descendants may know that I made the Israelites live in shelters when I brought them outof Egypt, I, Yahweh your God." '	43 affinché i vostri discendenti sappiano che ho fatto abitare in capanne i figli d'Israele, quando li ho fatti uscire dalla terra d'Egitto. Io sono il Signore Dio".
44 Moses then promulgated Yahweh's solemn festivals to the Israelites.	44 Mosè comunicò ai figli d'Israele le disposizioni per le feste del Signore.
