1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: (The solemn festivals of Yahweh to which you wil summon them aremy sacred assemblies.) "These are my solemn festivals:	2 Parla a’ figliuoli d’Israele, e di' loro: Queste sono le ferie del Signore, alle quali darete il nome di Sante.
3 "You wil work for six days, but the seventh wil be a day of complete rest, a day for the sacredassembly on which you do no work at al . Wherever you live, this is a Sabbath for Yahweh.	3 Per sei giorni lavorerete: il settimo giorno, perché è la requie del sabato, sarà chiamato Santo: in questo dì non farete nissun lavoro: egli è il sabato del Signore in ogni luogo di vostra abitazione.
4 "These are Yahweh's solemn festivals, the sacred assemblies to which you wil summon the Israeliteson the appointed day:	4 Queste adunque sono le feste sante del Signore, le quali voi dovete celebrare a' suoi tempi.
5 "The fourteenth day of the first month, at twilight, is the Passover of Yahweh;	5 Il primo mese, a' quattordici del mese alla sera viene la Pasqua del Signore:
6 and the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of Unleavened Bread for Yahweh. For seven daysyou wil eat unleavened bread.	6 E a' quindici di detto mese è la solennità degli azzimi del Signore. Mangerete azzimi per sette giorni.
7 On the first day you wil hold a sacred assembly; you wil do no heavy work.	7 Il primo giorno sarà per voi solennissimo, e santo: in esso non farete alcun'opera servile:
8 For seven days you wil offer food burnt for Yahweh. On the seventh day there will be a sacredassembly; you wil do no heavy work." '	8 Ma offerirete ne' sette giorni sacrifizio al Signore sul fuoco; il settimo giorno sarà poi più celebre, e santo: e in esso non farete alcun'opera servile.
9 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	9 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
10 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you enter the country which I am giving you and reap theharvest there, you wil bring the priest the first sheaf of your harvest,	10 Parla a' figliuoli d'Israele, e di' loro: Allorché sarete entrati nella terra, di cui darò a voi il dominio, e farete la mietitura delle biade, porterete al sacerdote de' manipoli di spighe, come primizie delle vostre raccolte:
11 and he wil present it to Yahweh with the gesture of offering, for you to be acceptable. The priest willmake this offering on the day after the Sabbath,	11 E quegli il secondo dì della festa terrà alzato quel fascio dinanzi al Signore, affinché sia accettevole in pro vostro, e lo santificherà.
12 and on the same day as you make this offering, you wil offer Yahweh an unblemished lamb one yearold as a burnt offering.	12 E Io stesso dì, in cui si consacra il manipolo, si ucciderà un agnello dell'anno, che sia senza macchia, in olocausto al Signore.
13 The cereal offering for that day will be two-tenths of wheaten flour mixed with oil, as food burnt as asmel pleasing to Yahweh. The libation wil be a quarter of a hin of wine.	13 E con esso si offeriranno le libagioni, due decimi di fior di farina aspersa d'olio per esser bruciata in soavissimo odore al Signore: e del vino per la quarta parte d'un hin.
14 You wil eat no bread, roasted ears of wheat or fresh produce before this day, before making theoffering to your God. This is a perpetual law for al your descendants, wherever you live.	14 Non mangerete né pane, né polenta, né minestra di grano nuovo fino a quel dì, in cui ne avrete fatta l’offerta al vostro Dio. Questa è la legge sempiterna per tutti i posteri vostri, in qualunque luogo abitiate.
15 "From the day after the Sabbath, the day on which you bring the sheaf of offering, you will countseven ful weeks.	15 Voi adunque dal secondo giorno della festa, nel quale avrete offerto il manipolo delle primizie, conterete sette intere settimane,
16 You wil count fifty days, to the day after the seventh Sabbath, and then you wil offer Yahweh a newcereal offering.	16 Fino all’altro giorno, in cui si compie la settima settimana, vale a dire (conterete) cinquanta giorni: e allora offerirete nuovo sacrifizio al Signore.
17 You wil bring bread from your homes to present with the gesture of offering -- two loaves, made oftwo-tenths of wheaten flour baked with leaven; these are first-fruits for Yahweh.	17 Due pani di primizia fatti di due decimi di fior di farina fermentata, i quali voi farete cuocere in primizie del Signore in tutti i luoghi di vostra abitazione.
18 In addition to the bread, you wil offer seven unblemished lambs a year old, a young bul and tworams, as a burnt offering to Yahweh with a cereal offering and a libation, as food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	18 E insieme co' pani offerirete sette agnelli dell'anno senza macchia, e un vitello di branco, e due arieti, che serviranno all’olocausto colle loro libagioni in odor soavissimo al Signore.
19 You wil also offer a goat as a sacrifice for sin, and two lambs a year old as communion sacrifice.	19 Offerirete ancora un capro per il peccato, e due agnelli dell’anno per ostie pacifiche.
20 The priest wil present them before Yahweh with the gesture of offering, in addition to the bread of thefirst-fruits. These, and the two lambs, are holy things for Yahweh, and wil revert to the priest.	20 E quando il sacerdote gli avrà elevati dinanzi al Signore insieme co' pani di primizia, rimarranno ad uso del sacerdote.
21 "On the same day, you will hold an assembly; for you this will be a sacred assembly; you wil do noheavy work. This is a perpetual law for your descendants, wherever you live.	21 Voi chiamerete questo dì solennissimo, e santissimo: non farete in esso nissun’opera servile. Questa sarà legge eterna in tutti i luoghi, dove abitiate, e per tutta la vostra posterità.
22 "When you reap the harvest in your country, you wil not reap to the very edges of your field, nor wilyou gather the gleanings of the harvest. You wil leave them for the poor and the stranger. I am Yahweh yourGod." '	22 Quando poi mieterete le biade de' vostri campi, non le taglierete fino a terra; né raccoglierete le spighe, che restano; ma le lascerete pe' poveri, e pe' forestieri. Io sono il Signore Dio vostro.
23 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	23 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
24 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "The first day of the seventh month wil be a day of rest for you, ofremembrance and acclamation, a sacred assembly.	24 Tu dirai a' figliuoli d'Israele: Il settimo mese, il primo giorno del mese sarà giorno di festa per voi memorabile pel suono delle trombe, e chiamerassi Santo:
25 You wil do no heavy work and you will offer food burnt for Yahweh." '	25 In esso non farete alcun'opera servile, e offerirete olocausto al Signore.
26 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	26 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
27 'But the tenth day of this seventh month wil be the Day of Expiation. You wil hold a sacred assembly.You will fast and offer food burnt for Yahweh.	27 A' dieci di questo mese settimo sarà il dì celeberrimo della espiazione, e sarà chiamato Santo: e in esso umilierete l’anime vostre, e offerirete olocausto al Signore.
28 You wil do no work that day, for it is the Day of Expiation, on which the rite of expiation will beperformed for you before Yahweh your God.	28 Nissun'opera servile voi farete per tutto quel giorno: perocché egli è giorno di propiziazione, affinché il Signore Dio vostro vi sia propizio.
29 Anyone who fails to fast that day wil be outlawed from his people;	29 Qualunque uomo, che non si umilierà in tal giorno, sarà sterminato dalla società del suo popolo:
30 anyone who works that day I shal eliminate from his people.	30 E chi avrà fatto alcun lavoro, lo scancellerò dal registro del suo popolo.
31 No work wil be done -- this is a perpetual law for your descendants wherever you live.	31 Non farete adunque allora nissun lavoro. Questa sarà legge sempiterna per voi, e per la vostra posterità in ogni luogo dove abitiate.
32 It must be a day of complete rest for you. You wil fast; on the evening of the ninth day of the month,from this evening till the fol owing evening, you wil rest completely.'	32 Egli è giorno di requie: e voi il nono giorno del mese umilierete le anime vostre. Celebrerete le vostre feste da una sera all’altra.
33 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	33 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
34 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "On the fifteenth day of this seventh month there wil be the feast ofShelters for Yahweh, lasting for seven days.	34 Tu dirai a' figliuoli d'Israele: Da' quindici di questo mese settimo saranno le ferie de' tabernacoli per sette giorni in onor del Signore.
35 The first day wil be a day of sacred assembly; you wil do no heavy work.	35 Il primo giorno sarà celeberrimo, e santissimo: in esso non farete nissun'opera servile.
36 For seven days you will offer food burnt for Yahweh. On the eighth day you wil hold a sacredassembly and you will offer food burnt for Yahweh. It is a day of solemn meeting; you wil do no heavy work.	36 E ne’ sette giorni offerirete olocausto al Signore: l’ottavo giorno parimente sarà celeberrimo, e santissimo, e offerirete olocausto al Signore: perocché è giorno di raunanza, e di congrega: in esso non farete opera servile.
37 "These are Yahweh's solemn festivals to which you wil summon the Israelites, the sacred assembliesfor the purpose of offering food burnt for Yahweh, consisting of burnt offerings, cereal offerings, sacrifices andlibations, each on its appropriate day,	37 Queste sono le ferie del Signore, le quali voi chiamerete solennissime, e santissime, e in esse offerirete al Signore obblazioni, e olocausti, e libagioni secondo il rito proprio di ciascun giorno:
38 besides Yahweh's Sabbaths, and your presents and al your votive and voluntary gifts that you maketo Yahweh.	38 Oltre i sacrifizii de' sabati del Signore, e i doni, che farete, e quello che offerirete per ragione di voto, ovver di libera elezione al Signore.
39 "But on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the produce of the land,you wil celebrate the feast of Yahweh for seven days. The first and eighth days wil be days of rest.	39 Da' quindici adunque del mese settimo, quando avrete ragunati tutti i frutti della vostra campagna, celebrerete questa festa del Signore per sette giorni. Il dì primo, e l'ottavo, è sabato, cioè requie.
40 On the first day you wil take choice fruit, palm branches, boughs of leafy trees and flowering shrubsfrom the river bank, and for seven days enjoy yourselves before Yahweh your God.	40 E il primo dì prenderete de' rami de' più begli alberi: e frondi di palma, e rami dell'albero più ombroso, e del salcio de' torrenti, e farete festa dinanzi al Signore Dio vostro:
41 You wil celebrate a feast for Yahweh in this way for seven days every year. This is a perpetual lawfor your descendants. "You wil keep this feast in the seventh month.	41 E celebrerete questa solennità ogni anno per sette giorni. Sarà questa legge eterna per la vostra posterità. Celebrerete tal festa il settimo mese,
42 For seven days you will live in shelters: al the citizens of Israel wil live in shelters,	42 E abiterete sotto capanne per sette dì: ogni uomo della stirpe d'Israele starà ne' tabernacoli:
43 so that your descendants may know that I made the Israelites live in shelters when I brought them outof Egypt, I, Yahweh your God." '	43 Affinché imparino i vostri posteri, com'io ho fatto abitare sotto le tende i figliuoli d'Israele nel trargli fuora dalla terra d'Egitto. Io il Signore Dio vostro.
44 Moses then promulgated Yahweh's solemn festivals to the Israelites.	44 Mosè adunque dichiarò a’ figliuoli d'Israele le feste del Signore.
