1 [Psalm] Sing a new song to Yahweh, for he has performed wonders, his saving power is in his righthand and his holy arm.	1 Psaume. Chantez au Seigneur un chant nouveau pour les merveilles qu’il a faites, pour la victoire qu’il a remportée, pour les coups d’éclat de sa sainteté.
2 Yahweh has made known his saving power, revealed his saving justice for the nations to see,	2 Le Seigneur a révélé son salut, il a fait voir aux païens sa justice.
3 mindful of his faithful love and his constancy to the House of Israel. The whole wide world has seenthe saving power of our God.	3 Il s’est rappelé sa préférence pour Jacob, sa fidélité à Israël. Tous ont vu jusqu’aux confins du monde le salut de notre Dieu.
4 Acclaim Yahweh, all the earth, burst into shouts of joy!	4 Acclamez le Seigneur, toute la terre, éclatez en cris de joie!
5 Play to Yahweh on the harp, to the sound of instruments;	5 Chantez le Seigneur sur la cithare, faites entendre la cithare avec les chants;
6 to the sound of trumpet and horn, acclaim the presence of the King.	6 aux accents de la trompette et du cor, acclamez sur son passage le Roi, le Seigneur.
7 Let the sea thunder, and al that it holds, the world and al who live in it.	7 Que grondent les eaux et le monde marin, la terre et tous ceux qui l’habitent.
8 Let the rivers clap their hands, and the mountains shout for joy together,	8 Que les fleuves battent des mains et que les monts soient en fête
9 at Yahweh's approach, for he is coming to judge the earth; he wil judge the world with saving justiceand the nations with fairness.	9 au passage du Seigneur, car il vient, car il va juger la terre. Il jugera le monde avec justice, et chacun des peuples selon son droit.
