NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 [Of David] I thank you, Yahweh, with all my heart, for you have listened to the cry I uttered. In thepresence of angels I sing to you,	1 De David. Te doy gracias, Yahveh, de todo corazón, pues tú has escuchado las palabras de mi boca. En presencia de los ángeles salmodio para ti,
2 I bow down before your holy Temple. I praise your name for your faithful love and your constancy;your promises surpass even your fame.	2 hacia tu santo Templo me prosterno. Doy gracias a tu nombre por tu amor y tu verdad, pues tu promesa ha superado tu renombre.
3 You heard me on the day when I cal ed, and you gave new strength to my heart.	3 El día en que grité, tú me escuchaste, aumentaste la fuerza en mi alma.
4 Al the kings of the earth give thanks to you, Yahweh, when they hear the promises you make;	4 Te dan gracias, Yahveh, todos los reyes de la tierra, porque oyen las promesas de tu boca;
5 they sing of Yahweh's ways, 'Great is the glory of Yahweh!'	5 y cantan los caminos de Yahveh: «¡Qué grande la gloria de Yahveh!
6 Sublime as he is, Yahweh looks on the humble, the proud he picks out from afar.	6 ¡Excelso es Yahveh, y ve al humilde, al soberbio le conoce desde lejos!»
7 Though I live surrounded by trouble you give me life -- to my enemies' fury! You stretch out your righthand and save me,	7 Si ando en medio de angustias, tú me das la vida, frente a la cólera de mis enemigos, extiendes tú la mano y tu diestra me salva:
8 Yahweh will do al things for me. Yahweh, your faithful love endures for ever, do not abandon what you have made.	8 Yahveh lo acabará todo por mí. ¡Oh Yahveh, es eterno tu amor, no dejes la obra de tus manos!
